Received this email because a coop was declaring bankruptcy, but only 10% so far had voted no confidence. This must be a way to actually push to get it canceled sooner if it becomes obvious that the coop won't be able to fulfill its obligations.

Glad to see they are finally doing something and not waiting forever for no confidence vote to tick up.

Hi Buyers,

Many of you have expressed a concern that your fellow buyers have become disengaged from the "no confidence" voting and cancelation process.

Kickfurther is introducing an "affirmative vote" in which buyers can verify their engagement by voting to keep the Co-Op active despite delays in comple

I saw this in my inbox this morning. Looks like Calily is proposing a settlement after many missed payments. I am suprised to see it.

Full text below. I only had a very minor investment in their co-op.

Hello Buyers,

We are working on ways to improve the settlement process but currently, as the market place we are, we feel obligated to present any settlement offers we receive from a business which the business requests that we present to Buyers. We present these offers as a neutral marketplace and without providing any opinion as to the reasonableness of any offer. With that being said please see the below settlement offer from Calily and vote according

But that stops today!

Looking back at my stats all the way from 2015 combining good old Badgebot history with Rewire companion, I have determined I still average 7 days over that entire time.

Last year, I average far worse with 4.1 days between relapses and a high streak of 20 days.

I remember in 2016 hitting a 119 followed by a long 71 day streak and thinking that once I hit that magic number I was set. Oh how I'm wrong.

As it has been for all my life, it is a habit to MO at night (something my stats back up) and average around 1 week. What I need to do is be more proactive and the moment thoughts occur and arousal starts, to either start doing some push ups or jump into the frigid show

Day 7 - 1/26

I can't believe I have gone this long with hardly any arousal. Then again, lately my trigger has been porn so that explains why I am not as aroused. I couldn't get it up without it. Even when I am not in the mood porn always did it. Although, this is usually the hardest time to get through.

Porn really messes with your brain, let me tell you. The constant quick hits of dopamine, even when done a few days apart like I had, changes the mind for the worse. From procrastination to lack of motivation, this isn't the life I want. It got to the point where I dropped a class because I was sheer out of motivation to do it. The work wasn't hard but I have just down regulated my dopamin

While looking back for an old T-Mobile ad (not on YouTube anymore, neither is the Verizon ad that was made fun of) buried in the nether of the internet, it struck a chord in my how long I have been in this fight with my inner demons to get my ass in gear and be done with wasting away to mindless pleasure to simply ignore things that need to be done, procrastination.

The fight is hard but the journey is longer and fraught with many perils as well as rewards. I learn a little each time and every day throughout this conquest.

#How I've Improved

Just before looking for old T-Mobile ads, I had this marvelous idea to see how a plane would crash into the Pentagon. Years ago, I would have said it

Is it just me or are people who I once thought were attractive looking gradually become OK while on a long NoFap streak? Suddenly that batista barista at Starbucks doesn't have the sexual attraction as before and thus I realize my Starbucks addiction is too much.

Is this the point where we look beyond simply how good one's body looks and instead focus on their personality?

Just an observation I have been noticing over the past few days.

#My Year in Review

What a year it has been. It all started on July 24, 2015. What a time it was to discover a sub like this. But realizing is only a fifth of the battle yet to come. There are many obstacles that come in the way from just seeing a hot girl on the street or viewing pornography images. Damn you sexualized world!

##What Helped

Luckily, there are ways I have combated such urges from time to time.

  • Cold showers - help in the moment be damned if you keep thinking about it throughout the day. It is like blowing out a trick candle. Sooner or later it will ignite.
  • Meditation - Freakin' amazing to calm down an otherwise hectic day. I don't do this often but it does wonder even f

Enough is enough, I am going to go on an Internet blackout for the week starting today. There is just too much hinting at content that could trigger me and I am going to avoid altogether.

Aside from checking in on my online classes, deleting emails, and checking schedules for work, I'll give the Internet a break. I'll instead occupy my time with naps, meditation, side projects, working out, nature walks, and whatever else I can think that is more exciting than checking out Slickdeals.net, Amazon, YouTube, and other uncessesarries.

The urge to visit any one of those sites is just as strong as my urge to purge my downtown. I'll work on taming my thoughts and turning that into willpower.

Day 1… again. I have been unable to maintain even double digits for the past month.
Yet, I have found that the drive is still there even in my dopamine addled brain. Just yesterday, I completed 6 hours of work that wasn't watching endless hours of YouTube or mindlessly surfing social media.

But by God, the urge to laze around is as strong as my desire to link the sausage in the casing. It takes a great deal of counterforce—more so than if I wasn't making marching men.

Lately, I have been saying to myself, "What the hell is wrong with me?"
Nothing in fact but I don't want to live a life with my eyes half closed.

Do this for yourself and the rest comes naturally.
