So I've just finished my second assessment. And feel a little misunderstood. Ive looked deeply into a lot of possibilities and ADHD is the only that matches nearly perfectly in every way. Like she said she sees it but also thinks maybe even more towards, High Functioning autism. But here's the problem, thing is that she said she didn't see the some of the adhd parts yet I feel and see them myself and I'm missing a lot of the high functioning autism side of things and none of the adhd. I'm afraid of a misdiagnosis. I see we're she seeing the High functioning autism but all the things she said also where adhd. The only time I felt good was when she was speaking of her adhd problems and everyo

So I believe I've found probably one of the best articles on ADHD out there. It goes deep into what actually goes on and how we feel. And understands. If your having trouble with people understanding what or how adhd is this is a perfect thing to share. You'll feel understood. I've shared this article with a few and all have expressed how amazing and detailed it is. Here is the glorious article. Hopefully you find it as helpful as I did and others.

This is the first appointment with the therapist. The time went by so fast and only got some of what I want out mainly because mom was talking to much and her views and what I was thinking and feeling was quite different. Wasn't an assessment but more of a off backstory that wasn't quite right. I got some important details out and the therapist was assuming something about sensory. Not sure what that's supposed to mean. Much better than the doctor at least. Maybe I can talk more next time especially now I'm a bit more comfortable. Like I only started feeling myself towards the end. How long does it take to get a diagnosis?

So I've noticed this for a while and today was the first time a doctor has ever said anything. I have a very high Heart rate. Like it's well over 100 is just what it is and they probably thought it was anxiety but no thats what it normally is and it goes for higher I'm thinking over 200 when I am really going like going hard and fast on my bike. They said I am probably feeling it pumping but I wasn't the only time I do is when I stop going hard and fast on my bike suddenly. What could this mean because I don't feel bad and hasn't affected my physical health. I mean I've looked it up but I've never seen anything that could explain my reason. My theory is because of you know ADHD I send higher

Posting this is also helping me assess my thoughts so please let me know your experiences and what you think.

So this was just what seemed like just to get an idea. And it also seems this is going to be a longer process than I thought it was going to be. I feel like there was such a big misunderstanding on how I actually felt, thought, and was experiencing. Like how I had to fill out this form before the appointment and seemed as though they never even saw it and my mom seemed to not quite understand or say quite the right things, such as like how my grades have been great when they've been absolutely terrible except this semester because the teachers seemed to somewhat understand me. So ever since I even touch VR which my friend let me try then I was hooked and got one my self. And I've played Beat Saber a lot. ADHD and Beat Saber are like the perfect match, (fast paced electronic music, moving and thinking in 10 different directions in a second, lots of songs to buy, and there's always a challenge, something different you can do, and you have so much movement you can do.

So in one of my class rooms we have these computers which are pretty weak and are getting out of date and being replaced soon do to not being able to run nessassary software there some old Elite desk from 10 years ago and some other class rooms have slower and some have faster but for some reason in my class room out of like 30 computers 1 is incredibly more powerful than any in the school. Same model and tech department doesn't even know why. Does anybody here have an explanation?
