storeys.com/canada-home-prices-per-sq-ft-grow...We love your city and want to move there. We don’t want to drive everywhere. In fact, we barely want to drive at all. Not into condos and want to buy a detached home as close as possible to good elementary schools, good coffee coffee, amenities. Where are we moving to?
Really considering engaging them for a sale as we need to sell before we can buy. I know they're relatively new, but there's not a ton of reviews online. Wondering if anyone here has had a recent positive or negative experience. Thanks.
Try saying that five times quickly.
About to go through the process, but haven't done any of this in 20 years. I'd love to avoid selling my house and moving my family into a short term rental or something. Would prefer to buy a house before selling mine - my existing mortgage is next to nothing so I can carry both for a bit if need be. BUT I need the money from my house to buy a new one. I don't have a downpayment, I have equity. How would this work? Is there a way?
