A three-year-old child from Woodport Early Learning Centre at Erina has tested positive to COVID-19.
The child and their family are in isolation at home and doing well.
The child last attended the centre on March 16.
Authorities have completed their investigations and the source is unknown.
All close contacts, including those from the centre, have been identified and advised to self-isolate.
Central Coast Health says there is no ongoing public health risk related to the early learning centre.
The Woodport Close service is open.

So an article popped up on my Facebook feed that promised to reveal COVID 19 cases by suburb, only it's behind a Daily Telegraph paywall.
I tried find it via a good old Google search and came up with one or two other articles, also behind paywalls.
Is cases by suburb, rather than Local Government Area (which was released a little while ago) something that has released, or is this certain media outlets trying to spin something/make a quick buck in subscriptions? I haven't seen it anywhere else, nothing more specific than LGA.
A NEWCASTLE Grammar School teacher has self-isolated after their friend was found to have COVID-19.
Head of School Erica Thomas wrote to parents on Sunday to tell them the year six teacher had come into contact with a confirmed case. The school is following NSW Health advice.
Ms Thomas told the Newcastle Herald the teacher was in Sydney last week with friends, including one who was confirmed on Saturday to have COVID-19.
"The teacher had contact with students and staff last week
The man in his 20s is the source of the infection for a woman in her 60s identified on Saturday as having the disease and the man in his 60s announced on Monday.
HNEH has identified close contacts of the new cases and asked them to self-isolate for 14 days.
The male in his 20s works at Pokolbin's Oakvale winery and was likely exposed through interaction with an international tour group.
As a precaution, anyone who visited Oakvale from March 4 to 13 should be alert for fever or respiratory symptoms.
From NSW Health's release:
Today, NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard has made an Order under Section 7 of the Public Health Act 2010 to force the immediate cancellation of major events with more than 500 people.
Mr Hazzard said under the planned changes, individuals who fail to comply could face up to six months in prison or a fine of up to $11,000 or both, plus additional penalities for each day the offence continues. Corporations face even harsher fines.
The secretary of the NSW department of education, Mark Scott, said excursions, assemblies, travel, concerts and other events would be cancelled to limit exposure.
"Schools have been a focus of the community and the government as the impacts of the coronavirus have developed globally,” Scott said.
“From Monday onwards I expect assemblies and substantial gatherings to be cancelled, along with all excursions.”
All interschool arts and sports events have also been ca
Central Coast Health have released the following on Facebook:
"COVID-19 UPDATE | We are providing care and support to a Central Coast female in her 30s who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Health staff are undertaking daily wellness checks while she is in isolation at home and she is doing well. The source of the infection is being investigated.
Her close contacts have been contacted and asked to self-isolate.
They are being contacted every day by the public health unit to check that they are well. Any contact who develops COVID-19 symptoms will be tested for the infection."
Not sure where this sits in terms of already-reported figures right now.
I felt that title was slightly misleading. They are opening a dedicated clinic between 6pm and 9pm on weekdays and 1pm to 5pm on weekends.
What do you think we'll see in the next two weeks?
An explosion of cases? Mass public events like the Easter Show in Sydney cancelled? School closures? Areas quarantined?
Maybe something else - spread continues to be slow, testing remains restricted, everyone hanging out at the footy together?
Will we have regular toilet paper supplies back by then??
I don't know if this is a new case or one from the last few days.
EDIT: I can't change the title, but I should be clearer that it's Hunter New England Health, which covers are huge area, and not necessarily "the Hunter".
This isn't new - it was an "previously announced" case involving a gentleman in his 70s, recently returned from Italy, and it was published in social media last night (ABC Newcastle and Hunter New England Health's Facebook pages):
"Hunter New England Local Health District is providing care and support to one of the previously announced COVID-19 cases, a male in his 70s who recently returned from Italy.
Health staff are undertaking daily wellness checks while he is in isolation at home and he is doing well.
