I graduated college a year ago and have almost hit my 1 year at my job. I acknowledge that I’m still new and junior but I feel extremely under appreciated/unseen/overlooked, etc. again, I acknowledge that I’m still learning and will have to prove myself but it feels like I’m just a number. I support 2 teams, both have said “we love having you on our team!” but then have certain team discussions/meetings/events without me? I’m not terribly jealous/sad they exclude me, I don’t think I even care, but it’s just frustrating hearing I’m “part of their team” yet they don’t act like it.
I don’t want to leave this job quite yet. But I’m feeling so drained most days and then I’ll spiral and think a

The fact that I’m on here is telling me he’s lost interest. A guy and I have been talking for like 4 months and I thought it was going pretty well. We live in different cities and haven’t seen each other since last year (met thru a mutual friend) but we’ve been texting and calling a lot. He tells me his weekends are just busy and I can tell this is his way of letting me down “easy”. He doesn’t say stuff like “I’m busy but I can make xyz work”. I know I’m not asking for too much for him to come see me, so I’m just so bummed that he’s lost interest because I still like him so much.

What has helped yall get over a freaking talking stage?? I feel so silly for investing so much time into someth

Ok guys…how do I (24f) tell a guy (24m) I’ve been talking to that I wanna see him in person. Backstory: we met thru a mutual friend in October at an event, have been talking/calling since, and I think he goes pretty slow so I don’t want to rush him, but I just want to go out with him lolol. We live 2 hours apart so he would have to drive to me or I would drive to him. I think he’s also kind of shy so I don’t want to be too forward, but at the same time would that be the move?? I am probably overthinking this, but I’ve never been in this situation

I’ve been texting this guy for 3 months - it’s ok but could be better. There’s a lot of banter, it’s fun and good but it’s a bit surface level. He consistently takes about 24 hours to respond. We’ve admitted we like each other, but keep texting like this and I just wanna go out with him lol. I’ve heard from his friends he’s “scared of women” and I don’t know if that’s an over exaggeration or if it’s actually true… What do guys think if a girl initiates a date? I want to just be upfront but at the same time, I don’t want him to pull away or lose interest?

I met this guy at church and I just can’t tell if he’s being nice and responsive because he’s a Christian and that’s what Christian’s are called to do, or if he’s actually genuinely interested in me. He asked for my number and we’ve texted a lot but I don’t want to base interest off just from texts. Before I just spill everything here, what are some things you guys think are differentiators?

I met this guy through my internship this summer, we have been talking basically since the 1st week of work. We would take breaks together, go out to lunch, I would visit his cubicle and he would visit mine and it was fun and simple. I asked if he liked me and he said he likes me but doesn’t have the courage to talk about it when sober, and I respect that. He is pretty reserved and a lot of people say that about him, so I would be the one to initiate something but maybe that was a red flag from the beginning. But fast forward we go on a date (this is my first date EVER), we get drinks and he payed which was so kind, and it was genuine conversation and not awkward. Then we went back to his pl

I met this guy at my internship (both interns and 22), we have been talking basically since the 1st week of work. We would take breaks together, go out to lunch, I would visit his cubicle and he would visit mine and it was fun and harmless. I asked if he liked me and he said he likes me but doesn’t have the courage to talk about it when sober, and I respect that. So fast forward we go on a date (this is my first date EVER), we get drinks and he payed which was so kind, and it was genuine conversation and not awkward. Then we went back to his place, watched a movie, and made out but he kept trying to put his hand down there and I rejected 3 times, and then he was done and told me he had to go

I have a guy best friend of 2 years, it’s safe to say he is my closest guy friend and I am his closest girl friend in college. I have liked him on and off, but as of lately I have had a crush that won’t go away. He asked me to his frat formal, but made it very clear we are going as friends, so I feel like I am definitely in the friend zone, but his actions are so confusing. We text every day, we are even about initiating hang outs, he invites me to his frat date nights, he often compliments me (what I’m wearing), he asks if he looks ok or if his cologne smells too much, he’s very much a gentleman and holds the door or steps to the side to let me walk first in a door, he’s like always messing
