Hey r/loseit! I had some questions and observations I wanted to share to see if I can make sense out of what my body is doing.

So I've lost about 40ish lbs since January. I'm really proud of myself and soon I'm going to hit one of my first big goals (dropping below 200 lbs) so I'm not losing motivation or getting discouraged.

However, I've noticed that a lot of my flab is more...pullable. more separated from my body, I think. I can tug and squeeze more of it farther away from my body than I used to. For example, my arm flab hangs around my triceps more while the bicep area is much more toned from my exercising. I know it isn't loose skin because it's definitely got fat in there, but I'm wo

Hey guys, I've lost about 40 lbs since January. But I've been really struggling to lose these last few pounds to get me down under 200. I'm currently sitting at 208, but I was hoping to be at at least 206 by now.

My main struggle comes from the fact that I just keep eating. I don't keep food in my dorm (I'm a college student) but my dining hall is essentially all-you-can-eat. My friends aren't exactly supportive...they get quiet when I talk about my goals and successes but they all cheer for me if i get another plate.

I'm about 4 months in now to really prioritizing my health, and I feel like I'm losing stamina. I've recently taken up running so I'm burning some more calories than I used

I decided to actually give a shit about what I ate and what I do in January. I started at about 245 lbs of straight up fat. After about 4 months of pretty consistent portion control, a vegan diet, and going to the gym around 3-4 times a week, I feel better and I definitely look the part at 207 lbs.

I wanted to thank the community here, at 1200isplenty, and at fatlogic, for keeping me accountable and sharing your successes and mistakes. I never thought this was possible, but it is. Can't stop now! I'm so close to two of my big goals (under 200, under obese bmi) and on the way to my ultimate goal (150 lbs!)

Something that's been bothering me for the longest time, even before I made the switch to veganism, is how utterly uninterested the people in my social circle are in the subject of eating meat and the morality of it.

I'm a sophomore in college and I've been vegetarian for 4 years, heading towards veganism for 2 months (more or less not looking back at this point.) So for the entire time that most of my friends here have known me, I've never eaten meat for moral reasons and now that I'm becoming vegan it's more relevant than this time last year. The strange thing is: none of them have ever talked to me about why I'm vegan. I know they know why but we've never had a conversation about it.

As the title states: I jokingly asked my mom if she wanted to go vegan for a week with me when I come home for spring break. She agreed, and a couple weeks later is still up for it. What can I cook for a midwestern meat-eater that might—at the least—encourage her to eat less meat than she does now?

Hey there! I'm after a partner for a story in the Final Fantasy verse. Para and up, in third person, though first is doable. I have a number of muses that I can write as, and I'm pretty flexible with pairings. Romance doesn't need to be the focal point of our story, but if you can play the other half of an OTP, I'll love you forever. Bolds are massive favorites.

I can play:

FFIV Rosa Farrell

FFV Lenna Tycoon

FFVI Terra Branford OTPs: TerraxNoctis, TerraxEdgar

FFVII Aerith Gainsborough OTPs: Clerith, Zerith, SephirothxAerith, AerithxTifa

FFVIII Rinoa Heartilly OTPs: SquallxRinoa Selphie Tilmitt OTPs: IrvinexSelphie

FFIX Dagger Beatrix

FFX Yuna OTPs: TidusxYuna

FFXIII Lightnin
