So I'd like to create an effect where the lights are off, but then when you touch the first one it creates a chain reaction kind of effect sending colored light down the chain to the end. I honestly thought this would be something that would be built in or easily achievable but it doesn't seem like there is any way to do it. I kind of wish I could just program my own animations rather than relying on whatever built in stuff was in the app. Does anyone know how to do this or know any tile lights that would work that way?
I'm going to try and keep this as pared down as I can. Started printing minis and terrain 10 months ago. No real reason. I don't use them. I paint them and I put them away. Maybe I'll run a game again some day but for now I just enjoy the act of making things. I started with the Ender 3 v2 and then last December or January I got my pre-ordered Phrozen Sonic 8k Mini. So here is what I've learned. This advice is mostly for people who are new to printing and are not terribly concerned with imperfections and efficiency. I'm just a guy who prints for fun.
- Relax. You'll have a much better time not trying to optimize everything. Tweaking things is super fun but nothing will ever be op

Why does Fromsoft hate bows so much?
Orba has been out for quite some time and still has a pathetic library of sounds on the app. Since there is no real way to add your own and there have been no additions to the app for years I’d say this product is pretty much abandoned. Also one of the key features people have asked for again and again, quantization, still hasn’t been added, and from the beginning it was one of the main reasons people said it wasn’t worth playing. It still isn’t. Don’t waste your money on another abandoned music peripheral.
I've asked around different discords and on reddit and generally people either don't use transparent material or they just say like, 'oh just print whatever you want'. Which has not been particularly helpful. So I started my own list! Anyone who wants to add to it is free to do so, there are only a couple dozen at the moment all from MMF but I know there are lots of models out there that would look good fully translucent or even partially.

Kind of a weird problem but I couldn't find it anywhere else. When using the test audio function in settings any time I try to hold out a sound, sing a note, whatever, if it is longer than a second it gets the volume quickly turned down to zero, then comes back, over and over, so it sounds choppy but in weird 1 second intervals and it makes it impossible to sing anything or even just say a longer word as some sounds get cut off at the end. Really annoying. Doesn't happen for OBS or any other audio I record through. Anyone else test this and see if it happens to them?
I've tried registering from several emails but it never actually sends the confirmation email. I have also tried emailing the admin but haven't gotten a response over the last few months. There is a ton of content that I would love to be able to see, especially a lot of the Malazan art which is kind of hard to find. I'm always surprised at how few references I find to the series out in the world. Anyway I know this is a long shot but maybe if someone knows someone who is a site admin they could let them know the registration process might be broken.
In a non-magical universe, and on an earth-like planet, even if you could tailor design some animal from the ground up I still feel like there would be an upper limit on the top speed that creature could move at. As Speed increased the material that its muscles and bones were made of would have to be strong enough to withstand the forces involved, which in turn would raise its overall weight, requiring more force for more speed and creating some asymptote. I’m just curious if anyone has any better idea what kind of speed that would be, even as a ballpark like, well there is no way they could travel faster than x because... Or if anyone can think of some of the other limiting factors that
Seen a couple tensegrity posts, thought I’d share a cool set I picked up and built.
reddit.com/gallery/mm3l9iZooming in on the car that scored after a goal was the heart and soul of RL to me and my team. I spent hours just working on stupid moves I could do to show off after a goal and now all we get are a handful of terrible songs to blast in the ears of opponents who probably have the music off in the first place. Lately it seems like RL just moved back into its parents' basement to start a full time DJ career. I'm not really sure why Epic would mess with so many great aspects of the game but it seems clear whoever is making decisions for RL right now has never played the game.
Post goal cellies are the fundamental essence of rocket league.
without them....^goals ^are ^as ^hollow ^as ^th
Just started listening to MoL yesterday and I'm on chapter 14. I feel like Voraces does a better job than he has any right to do, as good as many of the more well known or regarded narrators and better in a lot of ways. The only thing, is WHY does his LITTLE SISTER sound like a Skeksis that just took a shot of everclear?
I know it's in the nature of rng to feel like your rng is messed up or unfair somehow. I am at 106 refreshes and nobody in my corp has reported getting a rare encounter (the octagons on the story page) since last Friday. Good luck telling a company their rng is broken but is anyone else experiencing a drop like this?
