So I would not recommend taking a sleeping train and having it record properly… After travelling internationally (which messed up my sleep tracking the day before), I spent the night on a sleeper train and tracked as normal. However due to the movement of the train I woke up with a sleep score of 1, and no way to add/modify the time (it give me a error since there is already tracking for it). So I’m now at 2 days with zero energy on my main and backup teams.
Other than buying energy pillows is there anything else I’m missing? I also have a premium account.

Looking for some sci-fi tv and movie recommendations that are easier to watch for someone who is visually impaired. Think descriptive dialogue heavy, minimal fight scenes, lighting that isn’t just all dark or lens flaring, plots that aren’t reliant on seeing some sleight of hand in the background…. Or even ones that have the best descriptive audio for someone who is learning to watch with it on.
Thank you in advance!
Hello!
I am hoping to take a day tour during the week while visiting Kyoto and the bus leaves at 8:35am from Fukui Station East Exit. Google Maps is showing me a route with the following details:
6:59 - 7:54 ~ To Tsuruga Station via Thunderbird 1 Limited Express
8:06 - 8:23 ~ To Fukui Station via Tsurugi 2 Tsurugi Toyama
This gives me a 8 minute gap to change trains at Tsuruga Station and 12 minutes to exit Fukui Station and get to the bus at the East Exit.
My questions are as follows:
- Is this realistic? My thoughts are that Google wouldn't suggest a train change that wasn't realistic and the trains are very punctual and I shouldn't have to worry about them running late.

I will be spending some time in Tokyo before I will be leaving via train for 2 weeks to other destinations before returning to fly home from Narita. I do not want to be travelling with additional and unnecessary luggage. I’m aware that JAL ABC has both luggage delivery and storage, but is there a way to combine them? Or is there another service that would handle this for me?
I’m hoping to avoid spending an additional 3,000 yen and 3-4 hours just to go to the airport and drop off a suitcase.
Please do not recommend going on other medications for my trip. I already have a doctor and am not looking for medical advice.
Travelling to Japan for 4 weeks and obviously not taking my Adderall with me. I also take non-stimulant related ADHD meds (and others) but I am still expecting to experience some ADHD symptoms. I’m looking for any advice and/or recommendations as my current plan is to rely on Red Bull/Matcha.
So for those who have gone off stimulants while travelling Japan, what helped you?
I take meds that aren’t allowed so I’m looking for some tips on ways to self medicate during a 4 week trip. I was planning on relying on Red Bull/Matcha but I’m interested in trying other options, especially if they are traditionally or culturally rooted.
Thanks in advance!
So I want to start making personal (not for social media) vlogs and was hoping to leverage shortcuts to make my life easier. Some things I would like:
-
The ability to autosave/tag my videos in so I can easily distinguish between external videos I saved, and the ones I made myself.
-
Some way to either link, group or fully merge multiple videos that I record on the same day (like automation that can be run at midnight or something).
-
The ability to save a text transcript in Notes
Looking for any advice or direction on how to achieve this, as I have zero experience with anything to do video files in general.
This would only be on iOS, not MacOS.
Thanks in advance!
Or is it, that this disability muted the underlying feeling of accomplishment that would normally be used as reassurance?
Just a reminder, it’s not your fault, and to live your life with the same level of audacity that neurotypical white men do. 🩶
First of all, Happy Halloween and last day of ADHD awareness month!
Been on Adderall for a couple of years but I’m interested to talk to my doctor about trying the two medications above. While Adderall works well for the majority of my symptoms I would like something that maybe does more and I don’t want to worry about adding in a second medication and have to consider any interactions. Has anyone had any experience with them, especially if Adderall is already a positive medication for you?
Helpful information would include:
- the dose
- length of time taken
- if you were taking other meds at the time
- changes/comments regarding emotional control and awareness

Made some huge progress in 2019 with my anxiety relating to people and trust issues. Yay me.
However yesterday I had to leave my house for the first time in a week and while out in public caught myself thinking and feeling very similar fears. The worst part is that I have health issues putting me in the high risk category, so those fears and trust issues are being validated in my head. I worry that I will loose all progress I had made because of this new situation. However, compared to my previous incident, I am fully aware of what is happening in my head, what it is capable of making me think/do and hopefully some time address this issues before the virus situation gets worse.

I know this has been asked before, unfortunately the answers I often see isn't something I can use.
I really do like my stand notifications, however I also suffer from insomnia/sleep issues. I cannot count the amount of times I have been woken up from a near sleep from my watch telling me to stand up. I am looking for a way to prevent this however these have been the only solutions I have seen, does anyone have anything different?
- Turn off the notification - Prefer not to, I do like it
- Set up a DnD - I am on call for my work and cannot risk missing a call by having DnD enabled
- Take the watch off at night - I use it to track my sleep issues so that wouldn't work
