Witch doctor with Vultures is surprisingly more than nothing as the bubble allows the vultures to last long enough to survive and multiply, especially with the explosion from the witch doctor helping trigger their multiply.

I was using this vs the Lucifron raid as Vultures getting turned against you isn't a big deal. The fire hammers are much less of a problem than the necromancer as the necromancer has ranged splash damage. So you need something for the necromancer. Everything else is ground only, so split vultures can really help control the miner spam.

Man those were good times. Genuinely became a nice user interface compared to other card games at the time. Remember that time I posted about an 'exploit' to get even more free stuff from the tournament beta tests and then they immediately cancelled all further tournament testing? LOL I was pretty naive to think at that point they must have been okay with it. The 'exploit' was just conceding early because you get the tickets back when the tournament ends so you could join the next tournament sooner and get rewards which were sometimes tickets therefore you could join more faster. Got a hundred tickets that way. Never used them they were still in the account when I migrated.

I was really counting on snake river falls to beat the heat and as a backup plan if the big rides happened to all be closed (they were often). Apparently the sensor on the water level wasn't working and so they wouldn't be able to tell if it was at the right level.

In the early seasons there were several civilizations SG-1 ran away from where at least part of the civilization was hostile. There were also several single characters with advanced technologies they met. Several friendlies just never visited again and several where the gate is buried or planet is dangerous but could now be reached by ship and scanned.

So I guess some of them there would be an interest in just their tech which admittedly probably isn't as good as the asgard/ancient tech. Then others the interest in them would be an industrialized civilization who could be allies in other fights. And perhaps some of those could be explained away as falling to galaxy wide threats like replic

I feel like "faithful" remakes is a reaction to the idea that sword and shield is far enough away from a standard pokemon game that there isn't a game on the switch for old fans (I know that's the reason I and some others didn't buy a switch and BDSP has changed our mind).
