Long time reader of this sub, first time posting.

So, on Friday the 19th I was pulled over for a speeding ticket while making my commute to work. At the time I was pulled over I hadn't drank my morning coffee yet and my brain was still waking up, so I didn't argue with the officer at all. He told me I was going 52 in a 35 mph zone making a right off of X road to Y road. After some time thinking I realized the officer was wrong. When I drive to work I make a left turn from X road on to Y road. My grandmother passed away in 2019, she had this strange love for elephants. My dad passed away in 2020 and it took me almost a year before I could listen to music again. When The Architect came out I was finally able to listen to music again and this song hit me the hardest. My dad knew that Eidola was one of my favorite bands and would say their name wrong on purpose to mess with me.

I started a new job in January that has had my full attention and any attention I had towards the internet was gone. Just as I was feeling able to listen to music again, both of my cats passed away within a week.

I'm finally listening to the singles Eidola has come out with so far and they are bringing me to tears. This is one of the fe

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well, I am not. The album I never thought would come has been out for over a year now so I feel like it’s time to ask everyone’s thoughts this far on.

Personally the album was nearly perfect for me. I like every song for the most part, a few cringe lyrics here an there, a lot of missed out guitar solos, but overall I love NW and think it could have launched Corelia’s career, had everything gone to plan.

You don’t have to read anymore past this part of you don’t want, the rest of this post is going to be personal. New Wilderness came out while I was on vacation, I remember listening to the album with my dad for the first time during a day of fishing. He
