Alright so I have a rather specific question, but I'm not entirely sure about the terminology I'm throwing around, so I'll try to explain my problem first and give some context.

I'm not a meteorologist, just a guy that likes staring at weather charts, programming, and skiing. While looking at weather reports for various ski locations in the Alps, I've noticed that some meteorologists refer to something I can best translate as a "funnel effect". Basically, orographic precipitation gets intensified by funnel-shaped valleys/mountain ranges. Valleys that are parallel to storm direction would receive more intense precipitation compared to valleys that are perpendicular.

A small-scale example wo

I'll start of with some very light context. This entire situation had a pretty long build-up, and a bunch of decision-making might not make any sense because I'm leaving out a bunch of details.

The party (3 characters now level 6) has stumbled into a different plane of existence which is ruled by a sort-of amicable lich. I sort of expected them to do some detective work there, realise they're in over their heads, and then try to get out. Instead they decided to very boldly continue investigating. They got captured and the lich asked them to take one of his phylacteries into the material plane. The lich set up a portal to a location or person of the player's request for various reasons. They

Alright so I just beat both Reza and Shrowd, and I'm not quite sure how to progress from here on out. I've been using the Aether Strikers, but am looking to swap weapons (CB, WP or Repeaters).

I have no real build as of now, and I don't have many cells either. I've been grinding materials (solo) to upgrade my Repeaters for the most part. I'm not super skilled, but I can solo most Heroic Patrols, and can actually beat some without using many health potions.

At what point should I consider getting into trials (got my ass kicked today), and when should I attempt higher escalations? Should I just keep grinding materials in an attempt to piece a build together (I'm using [this](https://docs.goo

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming, software/game development and making music in FL Studio.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

I play on 1440p 144Hz, so that's pretty much my performance target. I'd like to play on the maximum possible settings, as long as I still get over 80-90fps. I play a wide variety of games including your typical AAA games with top-notch graphics.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Somewhere around €1300 but I'

Alright so I'm working on a small game in which the player can shoot a grappling hook towards an object they're looking at, and by doing so they should swing around said object until they let go. The player will be able to constantly accelerate and will do all of the swinging whilst in the air. I've made a small visualization in Paint to make things clearer (the drawing is 2D but the game will allow movement in 3D). link. The main thing I'm "stuck" on is the best way to approach physics in this scenario.

My first thought would be to simply change the direction of my Rigidbody Velocity in such a way that the player orbits and object. However, Unity recommends

Excuse my ignorance, but I've been farming cloth and some herbs lately and it's been making some nice pocket change, but I'm not too sure if this would work out long-term since demand would drop for most non-consumable items and thus the mats required for them.

Now I've been looking into flipping mats since it sounds quite simple and doesn't require too much capital, but as I'm gathering (heh) knowledge I've kinda started doubting this strategy in the long term.

Now I'm a noob so this is only an uneducated guess, so I'm asking you guys. Assuming no changes to gathering rates and mats required, how would the prices on the mat market progress? Is it a sustainable source of income or would I

So I happen to still have a bandit wand on my old account, so I checked the marketplace to see what it was worth and there was only 1 other wand on sale. I just started with my new account on Ilyzaelle, so technically I could transfer my old char and then sneakily hand over the wand to my new char right? Anyhow I was wondering if they're worth using at all, and if we might get them again in the future.

Excuse my ignorance but I haven't been able to find much on this topic, other than that a DAC/AMP might fix it so I'm looking for some input on this. My onboard audio is kinda wack because I opted for a budget motherboard to cut costs about 3 years back. I didn't really care at first but now the white noise and hissing annoys me and I was thinking a DAC/AMP like the Fiio e10k would fix my problems. The thing that confuses me is the soundcard part. As far as I understand I wouldn't need to get a soundcard if I just get the Fiio, but I'm not quite sure. So this begs the question, do I need to get a soundcard to go along with the Fiio (or maybe just buy a Creative Soundblaster)?

So I've been thinking about doing a custom loop with carbon fiber tubing, and I love cases with fans mounted to the side of the case like on the Inwin 303/Inwin 101.

I've been looking for more of these type of cases but I could use some help finding more. The main problem has been the reservoir sitting in front of the fans, or me just not being sure if there's enough space for a carbon fiber loop.

Let me preface this by saying I am not looking to increase the amount of burst or Lethality available, these itemization changes would have to be introduced along with a lethality cap or other means to discourage non-assassins from building them while not making assassins overpowered

If you look at the win rates of AD assassins you'll notice that most of them are doing fine, but the same was true for most mages a few patches ago and they received an item update. Why? There were no real choices in itemization, and neither is there any for assassins.

Assassins currently do not feel very rewarding to play. You're mostly there to snowball your bot lane, instead of holding the opponent down

I absolutely love Shaman and I feel like there is a lot of potential in the next expac for spellstone decks. I really hope they add something to allow you to get your spellstones more consistently. I hope they add support for the elemental archetype as well, something to make it less "play on curve" and give it more flexibilty.

What kind of archetypes would you like to see expanded upon?
