X months after I told my katiwala to stop visiting me, they informed my cousin (non-inc) that they will visit me with the new destinado. I know that the new DM is prolly trying to prove himself, and as a lamig for a few years, I'd be one of his "projects". I'm not a confrontational person and I wouldn't want to speak with a stranger. Would you say it's better to avoid them and not be home?

Finally had my performance feedback call with my manager. I knew what to expect, but may konting kirot pa rin pala. The job demanded so much from me pero sa huli "needs Improvement". I showed up kahit masama pakiramdam ko. I juggled 2 very different projects that had me working til 5 am. Hell I even facilitated a meeting the day after ko mamatayan. It was just...too much.
Tanggap ko naman. I know that I'm not staying long term at this job. I learned quickly, but I struggled with the unwritten rules. I hated how my Teams status was taken as a measure of my productivity. My body took a toll from my ungodly work hours. It was not mentally healthy for me na ipagsiksikan ang sarili ko rito.

I had to take an SL kahapon kasi Sunday night pa ako nilalagnat. I had a meeting to facilitate, which I intended to go online for. So nag-email muna ako sa colleagues kong I will log on when I can. However, lumala yung lagnat ko and nagising ako around 3 hrs before the meeting. Nakita kong nag-email na yung isang American manager para humanap ng magcocover for me.
Tapos today nagchat sya saying she's "very sorry" that I got sick then went on to criticize me for how I handled it. She had to "scramble" daw finding someone, pero 2 tao naman yung agad nag-volunteer. All meeting materials din ay nakahanda na. Parang kasalanan kong nagkasakit ako and that my feverish brain could've done better.
I work midshift na minsan nagiging full night shift dahil US based ang teammates. Nung una it felt like a fun adventure. One year in, I find myself sicker and burnt out. Kaya pagka-work anniversary ko, I applied for an internal role. Aware na pala yung manager ko pero she didn't talk to me about it. My fault that I wasn't comfortable enough to tell her directly. You see, I was transferred to her just a few months ago. We only talked 1:1 once since super busy nya. We never got to build a good manager-subordinate relationship. For context, I stayed at one place tapos sya pala umalis sa tabi ko without telling me. I tried to locate him and call/message him habang nakikita kong connected pa sya sa hotspot ko. I ran the risk of being late myself dahil ayokong maiwan sya no matter what. I did my best na hanapin sya, and when I couldn't, I walked halfway back to the tour bus. As the title suggests, my parent wants me to attend worship services with them. This is months after we've already had the talk - twice in fact. How do yall deal with this?
Kamamatay ng isang puppy ko this morning and I've been struggling to cope. At the same time, I'm worried about my remaining puppy. Contagious kasi yung kinamatay nung isa. Dumagdag pa na I've been having problems at work.

Ilang buwan ko nang tinitiis na may problema yung water pipe ko. Ilang buwan akong nagtitiis na bukas sara ng kuntador para lang makaligo at makapaglinis. Until I realized, enough is enough. Minsan naaapektuhan na hygiene ko kapag wala talaga akong energy na lumabas at magbukas. Dumoble rin yung bill ko dahil nasasayang lang sa leak. Kung kaya kong kumpunihin, why not diba. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by J&T and today sinabi ng rider na nawawala sa warehouse yung parcel ko. It's either theft or negligence, but I know it wasn't his fault. Ni hindi pa nakakarating yung parcel sa kanya. However, sinabi nyang sya ang magbabayad nun if hindi talaga mahanap.

I have a corporate job and work as a retainer in a hospital. I only started the retainer job this year. Napansin ko na mas napapadalas akong magkasakit mula nung pumasok ako roon. Also, the night before ako pumasok sa retainer job, nahihirapan akong makatulog. The work is manageable, pero idk the environment sucks I guess?? Di man ako damay sa drama ng ibang employees, I feel like the toxicity is rubbing off on me. Tsaka lately parang tamad na tamad akong gumawa ng anything sa buhay. Are these signs of burning out?
