Ahsoka Episode 4, in the fight between Sabine and Shin, there was a moment where it looked like Sabine gave Shin a tiny lil' force push, after which Shin retorted "You have no power".

This was meant to be ambiguous, but what do you think happened, and why? Did Sabine have a tiny moment of Force breakthrough, or did Shin Hati simply flinch in anticipation of a Force attack that never landed?

I'm closing in on the end of my partial FaaT re-listen -- a Divine Cycle-only version of the FaaT "Onion Order": Twilight Mirage part 1 (up to "This Year of Ours"), Counter/Weight, Twilight Mirage part 2 ("This Year of Ours" and beyond), followed by Road to Partizan, Partizan, and ending with getting myself current on Palisade.

Has anyone tried a similar order? I found the TW-C/W-TW sandwich really worked for me.

Informally, I think it'd be fair to say my "Divine Onion" re-listen started with my first listen to Austin and Ali's other podcast, A More Civilized Age, a Star Wars podcast. I've always loved The Divine Cycle, but seeing those stories through the lens of Star Wars and it's influe

Currently trying to secure my next rental, and somehow every year it gets worse, even setting aside ridiculous rent increases.

I spent $25 to apply for a home that's currently occupied and had no pictures available, and they wanted a $500 holding fee... isn't the rent from the current residents enough? They've engineered a way to charge me for time I'm not even living there, for time other people are also paying for...

Applied for another rental, and the application required me to register my pets on a different website for $20 each, including photos, their veterinary history... just to APPLY to rent. I've had to give some pet details as part of preparing the lease, but fee per pet and a f

With the rise of impressive but still flawed AI image generation, and more recently the rise of impressive but still flawed chatbots, I see a common obstacle to the development and usefulness of both -- societies that aim to constrain the human imagination to only certain, culturally-approved topics and content, and which now seem intent on imposing those norms on generative AI. For example, recent updates to ChatGPT are so extreme that it will no longer generate fictional descriptions of villainous behavior. That is the level of social control AI gen must contend with-- the idea that it is socially irresponsible to give any person a means of generating images or texts depicting anything ill

One of the most interesting aspects of how Luthen operates is his lying, and his lies about Aldhani (refusing to take credit, pretending to suspect Saw did it, "we were invited but we declined. We don't build on luck").

After episode 11, seeing Saw ready to go to Spellhaus after being resistant on Luthen's first offer... I began to wonder if maybe Luthen isn't the only person lying to protect operational security. Saw's demeanor was 100% different in Luthen's second visit, and he was moving around and almost manic, like someone preparing for an urgently approaching deadline.

If Luthen can say "we were invited but declined" about an operation he orchestrated, what's to stop Saw from saying

[Spoiler] [Prediction] Kleya

SpoilerGeneral Discussion

I think many have seen theories about Kleya being Princess Leia in disguise, and though those are fun to think about, it seems definitively not Leia, unless Leia was some kind of resistance wunderkind in her early teens. That said, the showrunners didn't do this by accident -- only a fool could look at Kleya and not pick up some kind of visual echo of Princess Leia, so why?

Anyone else think Kleya is Bail Organa's wife, a character established in canon as a big rebel organizer. Bail Organa was one of the earliest rebels -- Bail was a rebelling before it was cool, before the Empire ascendant. His wife seems to be unnamed, but she exists.

This is my official prediction -- Kleya (if that's he

Haven't seen this brought up, but the inventory menu behaviors are set up in a way that needlessly wastes time, and worsens known issues about split-screen readibility.

Exiting detail view resets the selected item to the top of my inventory. Example: I open detail mode on the item at the bottom of my inventory. I check the stats and decide to equip the item. I "go back", and find myself back at the top of my inventory, and must scroll back to the item I just viewed in Detail mode.

Exiting detail mode when in the shop menu exits the shop. Example: I open the shop, and navigate to Sell. I scroll and find an item I'm considering selling. I check the detail view and decide I do want to se

I really enjoyed this game. I'm still enjoying it, in fact. But it bugs me a little bit that Valentine and Frette are just passive observers to my gameplay, when the framing of the story is that we're all playing B&B together.

Would anyone else like to see DLC where Valentine and Frette are allowed to play?

I feel like if they don't, then the main game's emotional climax with those characters.... Doesn't really make sense. Why would Valentine and Frette both excitedly agree to keep playing with Tina and newbie if "playing" meant watching Tina DM a 1-player campaign?
