Finally got to play this game after being a big fan of Future Soldier back on the PS3. I've been having a blast actually! Though I'm wondering if it's worth it to buy the DLC.

They're selling the Season Pass at $40 on PSN. Is it worth it? Or is it better to buy just a single piece of DLC?

Also, I'm sure it must go for cheaper on Steam but I don't have a gaming PC and my laptop couldn't even handle the game lol

I've played these sorts of games for years (grew up with a NES knockoff) but I used to be the kind of guy who would finish this type of game once back then and rarely return to it mainly due to the crushing difficulty lol

But this year I went through the Contra Anniversary Collection and I've found myself wanting to play some of them over and over even though I already finished them all and got all the trophies.

I think it's really nice to finish a short game in an hour or two and then move on with your day. It's been certainly refreshing for me since playing a modern AAA game is a whole project that can take you several days/weeks to finish depending on your schedule!

So my fav

Just thought of sharing my thoughts on the game here with all you fans. For starters, I've been an Alien fan for years and years. I've played a ton of Alien games from the NES version of Alien 3, to AvP (both original on PC and 2010's on PS3) and more recently the solid but flawed Alien: Isolation.

I was really excited about this game when they did a reveal trailer (although I got a bit disappointed initially that it wasn't a co-op twin stick shooter like it seemed originally lol) but held on buying it just to get it on a sale.

Having finished it, I think it's really good and even close to being amazing. The mix of strategic action and the fights against the Xenos never get

I was recently watching Dawn of the Dead with my wife for our October Horror movie marathon and it made me remember of RE and those survival horror elements with the way they go looking for ammo, guns and shelter themselves against threats.

What are some horror movies you'd consider Survival Horror-like in their depictions?

I bought one of these a year ago and it has worked brilliantly with my PS5 controller but now I'm interested in getting another one to play Co-op games but I don't wanna make the purchase blind. Has anyone tried using two? One on each USB slot at the front? Any info is much appreciated.

I've noticed that I can be really negative about the movies I don't like so I decided to make this post to be a bit more positive!

I'll start with mine. The bottom of my Bond list is Live and Let Die. I know a lot of people here either grew up during Roger's era or just really dig his performance but I personally did not so I struggle a bit with some of his movies, specially this one.

That said, If I have to say something positive about it then a couple of things come to mind:

  1. Baron Samedi was an interesting, creepy villain. I wish he was the main villain though! Haha.
  2. Roger looked pretty badass at the end of the movie with the black turtleneck and the revolver holste

I've read that this is a chinese clone of a power supply model made in the UK but the original version is too rich for my blood (not to mention shipping). This one looks okay and has decent reviews but I'm not sure if I should take the plunge. Thoughts?

I'm looking to buy the PS4 port of Torment for my wife since she really loved this game back in the day but has since become more of a console gamer. I've read numerous posts complaining about the bugs in the game so that makes me hesitate on buying it.

Has anyone here actually finished the game via the PS4 port? Is it possible to beat it and have a reasonably good experience even with the bugs? I think she can handle the ocasional bug with workarounds and she has become used to saving a ton in her games but I wouldn't want to gift her this game if the console port has too many game breaking glitches/bugs.

Any advice from people who have played the port is welcome. Thanks in advance!
