There are some days that I just know I will never drink again but once in awhile I have such a strong urge. Will this ever not be a thing I have to deal with after 1 or more years? My latest daydream was about when I retire some day and living near a beach with a cocktail in my hand. I then snapped back into reality and wondered why I would even fantasize about drinking again when sobriety is so great!

I do not ever remember going on a vacation without drinking and I am 54 years young. My husband does not drink but we are meeting up with my sister and her family and they are used to me being the life of the party. I am already suffering from anxiety imagining some of the comments from my family about my not drinking. I will not drink but any and all advice about dealing with snarky comments from relatives will be appreciated.

My coach today was thrilled that i was a late add on for todays noon class. Do they get judged on attendence? Class evaluations? Just curious.

I am a 54 year old female and am a new jogger at OTF. My knees hurt all the time! Currently am jogging in Asic Gel Kayanos with orthotic inserts for stability. I have tried Nike Free and need more support. Thinking of trying HOKA One but some peeps tell me they are difficult to get into the rowers. Any suggesetions?
