I stopped turking when they did the update last year because it broke turkmaster and a bunch of other stuff. I finally have a little free time to do some turk on the side but I wanted to know if TM is working again or if there's something else I should be using instead. I also used to use hit db mark II which broke at the time. Does it work again or is there an alternative?

The way I set up my client was to launch when the computer was booted up but not auto-connect. In addition I have the VPN Kill switch, DNS leak protection, and IPv6 leak protection, enabled. It's possible I'm mis-remembering but I'd thought the kill switch worked as soon as the client was loaded, even if it hadn't connected yet and that's not what I'm experiencing. The only other thing worth noting is that my kill switch didn't work at all until I'd gone into Network Connections and manually unchecked IPv6. I'd run a series leak tests and so far as I could tell there was no leak but the step did seem to solve the initial issue for some reason.
I heard your longboards are shipping with a new pcb and new remote but I can't find any specific information.
What kind of things have you changed? What issues/things are you addressing/fixing/improving? I think connectivity issues have been the biggest complaint so it would be cool to know if you guys have been actively working to improve the design and address this.
I'm genuinely interested (not an attack), I get product design is a process of ongoing development but it does wonders for your credibility when you keep us in the loop.
For those that don't know a HP blogger recently posted a story titled "Could It Be Time To Deny White Men The Franchise?" The content is essentially what you'd expect favoring the viewpoint that white men should lose the right to vote (world wide) for 20-30 years in order for progressives to redistribute the worlds wealth and power.
Much more interestingly (IMO) their Editor-in-Chief Verashni Pillay just published a post in support of the article. In her post she explains that the ideas in the original post are a part of standard feminist theory and should not be surprising to anyone. She goes on to suggest that the reason readers are upset "derives from a very poor reading of the articl
Dunno what's going on. I mentioned some of this to a work out buddy of mine who teaches at Harvard law. He basically said if the lines of communication have gone completely dead it's likely because they're getting their ducks in a row before shutting down. I asked if a class action suit against them was possible and he seemed to think it was. Apparently their TOS isn't likely to protect them if we do file and there are some firms around here that would pick up the case in exchange for a percentage of the settlement. He's going to ask around and give me a list of firms. We can't do anything in the interim till Nada does something but we can shop the suit around and get some preliminary wor
So as many people know, early last year Netflix began aggressively blocking VPN services. The move was primarily to bolster geo-blocking of content but was applied indiscriminately across their networks. There was some outcry but since most of it was from smaller international markets, Netflix stuck with the policy. Now that a number of internet privacy protections in the US have been dissolved it seems to me that Netflix should be getting more flak for not providing any solution for those who just want to lawfully protect their privacy. It seems ridiculous that when I sit down at my computer I have to choose between watching Jessica Jones and internet privacy.
This is an followup to my earlier post https://www.reddit.com/r/perktv/comments/5vlzjx/holy_shitsnacks_tracfone_customer_service_sucks/?ref=share&ref_source=link Short version is their support sucks and I had to cut through a lot of bullshit to get them to honor a simple warranty.
So I got the box to send in my phones within a few days, I packed them out and send them out. They were going pretty far on fedex ground so I gave it two weeks (they were delivered a week ago) and contacted support via chat to check the status of my ticket. Learning my lesson from the first time I jumped right in and told Jane what I wanted and provided ticket numbers aaaaaaaaaaand they tell me the tickets we
Figured I'd put this here for others. Bought some LG Sunshine and Luckys on Prime Day for $5 back in July. Two of them recently broke. I've definitely gotten more than my moneys worth for them but since they come with a 1 yr warranty I figured "What the hell, might as well get some more milage out of them" First off, checked LG to make sure the manufacturer wouldn't do it instead, no dice :P warranty only through tracfone. I called the Tracfone support number the warranty pamphlet gave me and after a maze of automated systems they ask me for the phones #. Well like most of us they aren't activated and thus don't have a number. At that point I considered the merits of hammering Zero till I
So I've lived in my unit for a number of years, my lease isn't up till September but the Mgmt makes you re-sign/not in January. This year I'm moving so I didn't renew and a couple weeks ago rental agents started contacting me to show the place.
Now I have no problem with them showing the place, obviously, but there are currently 4 different agencies vying to rent the place. They've been doing multiple showings a day 7 days a week for the last couple weeks.
I'm trying to be accommodating but is this as absurd as it feels? Having people constantly traipsing through my house is starting to negatively impact my quality of life and certainly my privacy. Is this excessive or just par for the
Put ppq back on one of my phones to test the rate and got occasional zero pointers. When the fuck did that start?
I've been hoping to redeem some amazon giftcards for the last couple days and everything is sold out. I checked around 1pm CST like I saw in an earlier post but to avail.
This is a noobish question but is there some trick to getting a decent payout on buzztv? The estimate says 30HD/hour but I never come anywhere near that even though I keep the tab in focus and see the visibility is working.
So I've transferred most of my phones out of perk but my computers still run perk and viggle tabs in the background since I can do it concurrently with other sites. For awhile now I've noticed most of my tabs are typically several hundred points behind others and my actual total. To me this is signalling that I must be going through dozens of videos without a single point. Is this the case or am I missing something?
