Here's what we know in term of logic of the show (and not lore)

  • Elves knows that Sauron participated in the creation of the rings which means there won't be a big "but they were, all of them, deceived" moment at the creation of the One as it basically already happened.
  • The seven are already corrupted as we have seen Durin III being turned into madness in a few days/week and Durin IV is entirely aware of it.
  • We haven't seen the nine in action yet but since they were made with Sauron's blood (!) I think it's logic to assume they are already rotten. On top of that, Sauron has them all.
  • Sauron seems to be already very powerful and giving him even more power seems overkill especially as

Last week as I was answering the usual cryptobro argument "Bitcoin might use a lot of energy but what about the banking system?" on the France subreddit, I received soon after a private message from a Bitcoin maximalist that we will name "Omelette"

Omelette was quite angry with my answer that put Bitcoin in a bad light! for a week I managed to remain calm (mostly) and endure various provocations because I was so slow to understand (so that's on me, sorry Omelette!) but my quest was not vain, I learned many lessons that I liked to share with you, bunch of unbelievers!

Basic idea

  • Bitcoin is deflationary so if the world adopt Bitcoin, there won't be inflation anymore, no debt, pro

As some of you might know: Alex Kidd in Miracle world remake was released three days ago on almost all platform. As someone who spent lot of hours collecting Radaxian $$$ as a kid, I was forced to buy it and after two days of playing and finally managing to finish it without running out of live, I think I can tell that I'm very happy with the game!

I liked the art style, I liked they added a few levels to make the second part of the game a bit longer and more fitting to the overall map, I liked they remade the mini-boss and boss battles (after Jan-Ken-Pon) and of course I don't have to get up to go press 'pause' on the console to use the items! (or having to hire my little brother to be 'pa

First of all let's be clear: rock will never die like classical or jazz never died. There will always be people to listen to the classics and new bands who create good music. However it does not mean that a music style cannot get old and I think that it's definitely happening to rock.

What do I mean by getting old? simply that a style that was once the sound of rebellion of a generation isn't that rebellious anymore. That a style that was like a blank page is now a set of rules. That the 'pantheon of best songs' of the style is now mostly set in stone and won't really change minus a a new band once in a while.

I mean: if you asked a a group of rock fan to create a top50 of rock best songs

Hello Art historians! I have a question because I don't want to delusional (and no I'm not writing an essay just curious)

I have always thought that art has to be intentional; in other words if something is done without any artistic purpose (for exemple writing a reddit comment or parking my car) then it can't be called art even if someone think it is.

For exemple in my opinion Duchamp's fountains is art because Duchamp said it was art. If he was just a plumber who put a toilet in his backyard then it couldn't be art (or you would have to appropriate the object, so put some intentionality)

I have done some research and from dictionaries definitions to philosophers and writers like Tols

His discography is overwhelming!

I'm looking for 1-2 classic album (also if you got any favorite songs from not so-classical album that I should download in addition, don't be shy!)
