His little plan just massively backfired.

Derrick Rose just showed Jimmy what true leadership looks like. Jimmy has the nerve to call himself a competitor who just wants to win, yet sits out games for no reason. And to top it off, the Wolves just showed they can indeed win with these kats!

EDIT: I forgot my actual question: what, in the realm of possibility, could make Jimmy Butler look even worse?

but honestly he's a really good player and I don't understand why people think that just because the Grizzlies got lucky and the Raps turned a corner when he got traded means Rudy Gay sucks. If the Raptors traded Demar instead of Rudy, they're still gonna get better because it was the pairing that didn't work, it wasn't Rudy that didn't work. I'm sick of the hate that Rudy Gay gets around the league.

Now I'm not saying Rudy is better than Demar but I think Rudy Gay is absolutely indubitably undoubtebly and straight up unquestionably a candidate for the Hall of Very Good.

Good morning everyone,

How the hell did this dude get his bags to the airport. Did the cab bring him to his condo which we presume that he sold and then he picked up his knick knack patty wacks? Because he sure as hell didn't leave the office with two giant suitcases. Are we to assume that he sold his condo and was able to keep his bags there until the very day he needed to leave? What the hell man

If anyone has heard Mark Cuban talk AND heard Chris Christie talk, you know that the sound of their voice, the syntax they use, and their general mannerisms are incredibly similar.

Watch this video of Cuban: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ii36plwJAnc (please watch the entire thing before forming an opinion, this is the only way to judge his mannerisms)

And watch this video of Chris Christie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kwmaFvOLSA (again, you have to watch the entire thing to really get it)

We know that Chris Christie has run for President before and that Mark Cuban has long been rumored for political office. Both have believed they could defeat the now current President in an elec

Can RCAs be a 204b?

Work Question

I'm an ARC right now and considering going to a career-path/track position. Obviously my choices are basically PSE, CCA, and RCA

I know that I'd want to get into management eventually and searching around it seems like you have to be a 204b first (or at least should be) and I've searched the sub and seen PSEs and CCAs do it, but conflicting info on RCAs.

I want to make sure I join in at a craft that can do 204b stuff so idk if I should bother trying for RCA or just stick to CCA or PSE

Thanks everyone

I read articles and snippets from books saying how it's so important to be knowledgeable about the business norms of other cultures in meetings, proposals, etc.

Since these are all very American centered they're all about how Americans should conform to their norms. Are their also books in, say, China that teach about American business norms? Is there pressure on (for example) Chinese folks to conform to American business etiquette?

I've only heard of it as one way and I'm wondering if that's because it usually only happens in that direction or it's just because I read "American" stuff

Partly inspired by the last Thursday question that popped up recently.

Can we know that our universe isn't contained within something that we would call in atom in a totally different universe?

Are these types of questions always ones that we could just never possibly answer?

Is it possible that every atom on Earth contains its own universe so small that we simply can't see it?

Could I keep making up ridiculous scenarios and not ever be proved "wrong"?

science is WEIRD

Like how they did that 11 minute quarter thing with Celtics/Nets

Over/unders:

Players who foul out if they played against the Rockets: 9.5

Ejections: 4.5

Flagrant fouls: 1.5

Lane violations: .5

James Harden Free throws: 70.5

Actual time duration of the game: 1.75 hours

Raptors fans complaining about the refs: 10,500

Doc Rivers making his Doc Rivers face if he's coaching one of the teams: 7.5

Instances of Marv Albert referring to NBA players by official's names: 10.5

Instances of Marv Albert referring to NBA players by names of Pokemon: 5.5

The point is this will teach the players the value of refs
