That movie was actually surprisingly good. I usually find most horror movies insanely clichée and unoriginal but that one was really interesting. Had a very good story. The concept with the iphone filming only was weird though.

In the past few weeks I've removed so many barriers and obstacles to let myself dive into the trauma and let the emotions happen and now I'm getting flooded with it and my brain wants to take on everything at once and it's so overwhelming. In fact, I have to distract myself from it and when I feel ready enough I focus on one piece, process that, then dissociate again and the cycle repeats. Just needed to get that out. Overwhelming. Lol

My overall dissociation is caused by PTSD though the feeling of derealization is primarily caused by weed. I can fully immerse myself into certain tracks, mostly those that feel..."freeing" and trance like. It's like entering a completely different world. A beautiful world. Like entering heaven.

I can deal with mild dissociation pretty fine and it doesn't bother me that much but I occasionally have episodes where I dissociate really badly and I start thinking about how I'll never be myself again and that I'm about to develop an alter and and and. My usual attitude and experience with recovering doesn't help at all in times like these because I just lose my true self.

Relaxing then feels counterproductive because it feels like giving in and just letting the dissociation take over but sometimes I just can't resist it...

Lately I've been processing a lot of my childhood trauma and I just started allowing myself to access memories from the physical abuse and now I'm panicking, I picture myself hitting people and I see my father in myself when doing it and I want to cry and just let it all out but I can't. And it doesn't help that my fear of becoming a sociopath became partially real when I discovered I have always been faking empathy. I'm so lost and scared and just want to put this all on hold. Fuck me.

I really wonder what it would look like. I work in a cinema and I sometimes watch shows there but I've never thought about watching Mr. Robot there. Might try it. But this got me thinking how awesome it would probably look in 3D. Especially for the framing and the overall style.

Since it's been 2 years or so since I made my last playthrough, I wondered if you have any ideas for this one? I want to make it a sort of special experience and I don't have all the DLC's, happy to buy some tho. Any recommendations?

I think I have Normandy Crash Landing from ME1 and all the ME3 DLC's.

This actually happened 2 years ago too. When I got out of school and started working as a server I learnt that I can stand up to people and stopped letting myself be treated like shit. This started as a healthy way of developing self-confidence and self worth but ended up in pure arrogance when in emotional flashbacks (which was pretty much always back then). When I realized what a facade I was putting up, I started forcefully putting myself into place and stopped this behaviour altogether, making myself a fawning, silent human being because I was so embarrassed by my arrogance and overall macho behavior. And that in turn led me to being stuck and it's how I ended up in therapy because I did
