The question of how many people are currently working at CIG/RSI or on Star Citizen in general, has been brought up numerous times, most recently here. Each time I try and track down an official source for an answer, and I keep coming up with nothing. I know it exists, I remember watching an interview where someone (most likely Chris) talks about how many people are working currently, and gives an idea of how many more people they're looking to hire. Before things progress too much further and while all the factions are still in their infancy, I wanted to get a feel for people's thoughts on the 'Redd Squadron' name. I remember seeing the post asking for name suggestions for what became Redd Faction, but not for Redd Squadron. I've also seen a couple of people express disinterest based on the, likely inadvertent, Star Wars reference (for the unaware, Red Squadron was the name of the X-Wing squadron Luke was in when he went up against the first Death Star in 'A New Hope').

I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, but I'd like to know if people are happy with the Redd Squadron name, or if we as a group could come up with something more u
