So years ago, after following the clinical trials of Opzelura (topical), I was excited to see it finally hit the market only to have my stomach sink into the abyss because of the price.

Now, after completion of clinical trial CUV105 and starting CUV107, this looks incredibly promising. It’s paired with narrow band UV-B treatment. Afamelanotide is the hormone Scenesse is using, which is the medical formulation of melanotan-1, a peptide available on the grey market. See where I’m going with this?

Anybody here in the peptide realm have experience or following this at all?

I searched but maybe I’m using the wrong key words so forgive me if this has come up before. It’s a Y-shaped splitter that is screwed onto an outdoor sillcock so a couple of garden hoses can be attached. Each outlet has its own ball valve.

So I’m finding myself every couple of years replacing this silly thing, typically a combination of brass with plastic valve handles and plastic screw piece. Before I spend another $15 for a throw away, any body got a good one?

How do y’all pick a PT (or will any PT be qualified enough to help after recovery from nerve pain as a result of Bertolotti Syndrome)? I see PT/MS/BS/DPT/MPT after names listed on my insurance website for PTs - I’m not clear of these make any difference.

Can anybody with a current model Venza measure how high off the ground the cargo floor is? I want to know how high my wife would need to pick up the stroller to get it in there. Much would be appreciated.

How are y’all mounting this? My understanding was 3-6 ft off the ground and 180 degrees unobstructed but not close to trees, structures or buildings. With the power cord it’s difficult to not be close to an outlet, especially with the brick attached in line with the cord. I know I’m overthinking this but curious how others are doing this. I’m in the northeast.

Noticed the Founder’s Edition on Amazon is currently at $1000 and it’s got me thinking: At what price do you guys think the 4080 is worth it, generally? Not looking for specifics, but at what price point would it be for y’all to consider it?
