• I had my UH ring since december.
• Last month, the battery life was getting worse. I was thinking it was because of the last FW update
• It was getting worse each week and very fast, so i knew there is something wrong

I contacted UH via in app chat and they gave me the basic „factory reset, pair again and charge it to 100 and once you are under 20%, contact us and we will run diagnostics“.

I did it and it was at 10% in 2,5 days. I got back to them, they said ring is faulty and they need to replace it. I have ultrahumanX, but they replaced it under warranty…Which is good.

Black is not being made anymore, so they told me to pick different color. I chose the matte grey.
