I just graduated with my BScH in Environmental Science (Minor in Classics), and am at a bit of an impass of what to do next. I am interested in academia and professorship, but my issue is I'm interested in 3 different areas! Environmental science, Classics & Archaeology, and Philosophy. Env Sci is probably the most likely to lead to a job outside academia, but I think I am slightly more passionate about the other two-- or at least find them more engaging/interesting. I don't want to commit to a Masters right away, because I'm unsure which area I want to go into, so I am toying with the idea of doing another Bachelors, this time in philosophy (BAH). My school will allow me to do this in two y

I'm an upper year student and am super interested in a bunch of RELS courses, wondering if anyone has recommendations. I'm not exactly looking for a bird course, more for good professors and interesting/fun course material, but if it is easy as well- I'm not objected to it!
Here are the ones I'm considering:

  • RELS 140: Science and Religion
  • RELS 235: Environment and Religion
  • RE:S 236: Sex and Religion
  • RELS 239: Sport and Religion
  • RELS 240: Magic, Witchcraft, and the Supernatural
  • RLS 250: The Mythology of Heroes
  • RELS 284: God and the Holocaust
  • RELS 321: Greek and Roman Religion
  • RELS 328: Apocalypse
  • RELS 342: Indigineity and Nature
  • RELS 213: The Bible
  • RELS 206: Drugs

I recently got into the PGCert program at Oxford University for Ecological Survey Techniques. It's a UK Level 7 education, so equal to 1/3 of a Masters. In the UK at least, you can build up from it with other PGCerts or PGDips etc to get your full 180 credits for a Masters.

I wanted to do this program because it seemed less daunting than a full Masters, especially after just finishing my undergrad in Env Sci, but I'm wondering if this Cert would be recognized internationally? (mainly North America and Europe) Would employers know what it is? I have the potential to turn it into a Masters, but I don't know how easy this is to do outside of the UK.

My question is: is the PGCert recognized

My (22F) boyfriend (25M) and I have been together for just over 1.5 years. He has a very stressful job, and I am a student. Obviously he makes far more money than I do (I don't have an income right now).

For context, neither of us rank gift-giving as one of our top love languages, in general neither of us are particularly materialistic, and we're both pretty stingy with our money. However, I always give thoughtful gifts, and I am happy to spend a good amount of money if I know the person will love it, on holidays like Christmas or birthdays or a big life event. I don't do random little gifts though, just big occasions.

Basically, in the time we have been together and established, we've

22F, I was diagnosed at 15, and live a fairly normal life. I'm not a statistics or math prodigy, am very "high-functioning"/"low-support", and most people wouldn't know this about me unless I told them. ASD presents differently in women, so I thought this would be beneficial to people curious about what it's like, and maybe counter some stereotypes.

For context, I (F22) have been with my bf (M24) for 1.5 years, and 9 months of that were extreme long-distance. My bf is incredibly sweet and constantly expresses how much he loves me. He is kind and understanding, and extremely affectionate, and I love that he has a sensitive side.

I am worried that he doesn't love me for the right reasons, though. This is his longest relationship, and his last one ended when his ex-gf cheated on him. I know this really hurt him, and he can acknowledge that it still affects him today, although he isn't controlling or jealous in the slightest. That being said, I can see that he gets worried, and tries to hide it. I am worried that maybe he is "love-bombing

Hello!
Wondering if anybody has taken PHIL 204 (life death and meaning) and can attest to the types of questions that may be on the midterm? I know the format (she posted it) so there will be some short answer and one essay question, so I'm looking for example Qs re content. Thank you in advance!

As above- is there a fee for auditing courses at Queen's? I don't need a certificate or anything, but notation that I attended would be cool. I just want to listen in, have access to the resources, but if it's an exorbitant fee, I'll just sneak in to the back of the class ;)

Thanks in advance- I couldn't find an answer on the Queen's website.
