medium.com/swlh/we-a-b-tested-our-employees-l...Ever since I heard of it, it inspired some huge curiosity, what he basically wants to do is to put a grade on self-taught skills. As someone self-taught that works on a relatively high level of a trade(software engineering), I'd be absolutely excited to share some thoughts with him about this.
What's the best way to go about this?
Having a hard time articulating this: everyone has unconscious biases. Have there been any studies on which biases are more common in men, and which are more common in women? I'm guessing like most things the biggest differences are between individuals and not between genders, but I'd like to see what has been studied.
eg: is a man more likely to "suffer" from confirmation bias? How about the opposite? How about all the other biases?
Thanks!
