My son has a 2 month old G6 KF 2024. At first everything seemed fine, loud fans when gaming but it seemed pretty normal to keep everything cool.

For at least the last week, the CPU is hitting 90 C + and 100% utilization when playing fortnite while the GPU seems ok temp and utilization. For now he isn't playing that game until we find a solution. Other games don't trigger as severe conditions. I contacted gigabyte e support and they have yet to reply after about a week.

Drivers for GPU and windows is up to date. Assuming new thermal paste on the CPU is the solution but don't want to void warranty and it's outside the return window.

Looking for other options while I wait for the very slo

I'm using a 2009 22" Toro recycler (14 seasons). Only done blade sharpening, oil changes, and maybe a sparkplug to keep it going.

Thinking about replacing the drive wheels and buying a new blade. Will be about $50 to get it all snazzy again.

Before making the investment, wanted to see if there are other "old" lawnmowers out there, or is mine a ticking time bomb just waiting for me to spend money on it so it will self-destruct.

Anyone else hurt their middle finger on their right hand (right handed) when just hitting balls? Typical injury is skin separation from the nail on the side closer to the ring finger. I thought I found a solution by using tape to give a bit of support but now the skin on the side of my finger tip is tearing instead.

I use a slightly strong overlap grip, with light pressure and the club in my fingers. I usually make decent ball first contact. No difference of injury that I've noticed due to grass on course or off a mat at the range. Grips are in good condition, but sometimes I do feel a bit of twisting when I strike the ball.

I have been using a Denon x3300w for a couple years and for the past couple of weeks, it has been changing the volume (turning down?) on its own. Seems like it only changes a single step. Anyone else experience something similar or have a suggestion why this might happen? Thanks!

I think there is a problem with the amplifier on the vandersteen 2w sub I got from a buddy a few months ago. At first I thought it was just a blown driver, but now that I have replaced that it still is lacking.

Anyone removed the amplifier from one of these before? Is it straightforward to just pull it out? I'm thinking of replacing with a different plate amp or something external. Thanks

....4 minutes after posting I said what the hell and figured out how to pull out the amp. :) now to figure out what is next.

I own a crestron cnampx 12 x 60 amplifier. I am really happy with how it sounds, but I am always curious to see what else it can do. I believe at some point you could purchase a bridging adapter:

But they were pricey and don't seem easy to find now.

**Question: to bridge, all I need to accomplish is inverting a rca (line level) signal, then connect preamp output to one channel (positive speaker out + terminal), connect inverted preamp output to another channel (negative speaker out from + terminal), correct? Could the preamp output/inverted output be derived from a custom y-splitter (1 connection with typical phase, 1 connection inverted)

I am experimenting with the woofers (4") from an Andrew Jones SP-C22 center channel. Having the speaker parameters would be useful. I am hoping Pioneer will share the info, but if not I was wondering if anyone here could help. Thanks
