He died young so he gets the overly romanticized treatment. He was a one trick pony and his career was already starting to fizzle out in 1997.

The masses will jump on you for ever suggesting he isn’t the most hilarious man ever, when the majority probably just saw the Matt Foley sketch once and nothing else he was in.

So I popped the new and improved WFC’s cherry last night. Here are my thoughts.

The lower level has been painted black. It’s basically the same lower level design as before, they just upgraded the concessions to have a more modern and cleaner look. That big open area with the bar that was always there is essentially the same thing just cleaned up with new wooden tables and widened a bit. It looks nice though.

The upper level is 100% better than the lower level. It’s actually crazy how nice the upper level is now with the wide open windows over looking the city and ton more space than before and a shit ton of concessions and vendors. It’s like a brand new arena up

Hey all. I’m looking to buy tickets to a comedy show at the Filmore. And I’m still kind of confused how seating/ticketing works.

I know the upper level has seats, but that’s too expensive. My understanding is that the Floor is just a general admission free for all? Everyone stands. There’s no real seating assignment? Or am I mistaken?

But on stubhub, tickets are listed in rows (Row A, Row C, Row T, etc).

Does it matter which row I buy a ticket in? Will I actually be closer to the stage?

You know what I’m talking about -

“......can you hear me?.......uh....hi Fred (waits for response that isn’t coming).....hi Robin........I love the show!.......I just wanted to say, uh......Howard are you still there?.....finally rambles on some nonsensical topic without getting to the point”

How can so many people listen to this show for years and not understand you need to get to your point almost immediately? It’s incredible.

LFG #10 to #1. We can do it.

Visions of 2017 lottery dancing through my head.

After last night we’re officially the 10th worst team in the lottery. It’s important we not fuck this up. Need to lose for Hughes. Crappy for Kakky.

One more loss on Saturday to close this season out and get ready for the Lottery on the 9th.

Genuine question I kind of tuned out towards the end of the last season.

We traded for Wilson Ramos, who from my understanding is a considered to be around top 5 catcher in the game.

Why wasn’t there much talk or effort into resigning him? He was an all star last year, but it just seemed like as soon as the season ended it was assumed he was walking.

“Howard gets engaged” is on replay for the 324th time
