I don't by any means believe the propaganda against the DPRK, and my opinion is largely positive but I honestly don't have a good understanding of its history, politics, or daily life in the country. I'm looking for a leftist perspective on the country. Thanks.

So, this is going to be a weird one. Let me start by saying I'm American and have never been to Germany. A few months ago I recieved a box in the mail with a bunch of old family photo albums and certificates and things dating back at least 130 years. Among the many documents I found a picture of a lady posing with three men in Nazi uniforms. (Photo can be found in my post history) There were no photos of her or any of the other men in any other photos. Using clues in the background and details such as the types of uniforms they wore, I discovered this was a picture taken in Kempen, Germany in front of Zum Deutschen Haus and an Otto Mess store at 24 Buttermarkt in the early 1940s.

I'm currently a member of several communist parties but when it comes to real, offline, boots-on-the-ground organizing/action, I don't see a whole lot happening. I'm just so sick of not being a part of a physical organization/chapter and actually doing something to better my community/country.
Does anyone have any connections or recommendations?
If this isn't your thing, ignore it. I'm firm in my beliefs and I'm not willing to budge on them but I'm always down to answer questions and spread class consciousness.
Found in a box of family photos/heirlooms... Anyone able to date this or tell me more about it?
imgur.com/a/CM91SOACan anyone help me date this photo and possibly identify what rank the nazis are?
imgur.com/a/CM91SOALike how many are in circulation? How much were they sold for? What are they worth now? Does Chris own any? And most importantly, why the fuck were they created in the first place?
Just because I feel like it. These things, these things, Please don't ask me any questions.
Never in my life have I worked anywhere else more disorganized and unprofessional than Cracker Barrel. They rushed to hire me in time for Thanksgiving (their BUSIEST holiday of the year) and gave me all of 1 day to be trained (virtually) and be prepared. The only formal training I received was an orientation video. No employee handbook, no menu to study at home, nothing. They would just ask whichever cook was working at the time to "help our new cook", which apparently just means ignore me as I either fumble to keep up or stand awkwardly trying to figure out where I was needed most. If I wasn't constantly asking questions or asking for direction, I was on my own, and even when I was asking,
For me it'd probably be

- Thee Oh Sees
- Crystal Castles
- Viagra Boys
- The Garden
- Why?
Edit: swapped kkb for Thee Oh Sees
it was called "Stepdaad" (yes two A's) and it went hard af but the absurdity of the title itself woke me up lol
