Hey everyone, I’ll soon be transitioning from DMing to playing to allow a friend (and player in my game) to run a campaign.
We have two totally new players in the group and a returning player that struggles with keeping track of class features and the like.
I was originally planning on supporting them in game as a Life Cleric or Bard, but it seems like everyone has decided to try and tackle something ambitious mechanically.
Now I’m thinking it may be better to play a simpler class so that I can help them keep track of class features, spell slots, etc.
I’m torn between supporting the players at the table or their characters in game. I want the game to run smoothly for everyone, but I’
Hey guys, I raced quite a bit when dirt came out, but took about a year break. I’ve come back to a B 3.52 on both oval and the new dirt oval license.
I hadn’t raced asphalt oval previously that I can remember, and was wondering where the best place for me to pick up would be as I’m not eligible for oval rookie street stocks.
I’ve ghosted a few sessions for cars that I own, and I’m pretty outclassed by others in similar splits to my own.
Would I be better off running D fixed races (the K&N car) or the C Street Stock races as far as developing my skills? I’m also okay with running unofficial races for a bit to develop without ruining my or someone else’s iR/SR.
Built a gaming PC and I’m looking for a game to build my mouse and keyboard mechanics on.
Played and loved Overwatch to death on console, but I’m burnt out on it and frustrated with the direction Blizzard continues to move the meta in.
Other time sinks have been Halo, Left 4 Dead 1&2, Borderlands, Pubg, Mass Effect, Bioshock, and Battlefield 4.
I’d prefer PvP (like a team deathmatch or simple objective modes), although PvE/coop would probably be fine too. Would prefer quick respawns (Halo, CoD, Overwatch) so that I can learn and keep fighting so I think Battle Royale games or super hardcore games are probably out.

nashville.gov/document/ID/6eface2a-d5e4-4fc6-...Hey all,
I’m looking to upgrade from my iPhone 6s+. I feel like the Pixel 2 XL is what I want, but I just want to make sure I’m not missing something.
Storage size/expandable memory doesn’t matter. Pixel 2 has unlimited photo storage. I don’t have a massive music library and I use Spotify or Pandora most of the time.
Headphone jack doesn’t matter either. I’ve got Bluetooth in my car and a portable speaker for the kitchen/pool/grill.
I do need a phone that’s fairly up to date as far as os is concerned. I’m constantly testing mobile products as part of my job, and that’s part of the reason I’m upgrading. My old Android phone is pretty much sunset on most of the products I need to use it to
I’m looking into getting the new version of the game as our group has been bouncing around games lately. I’m going to pick up the starter set.
Should I get any of the supplements released to “complete” the starter set?
I was thinking of picking up Implausible Deniability with it due to the additional stories it would provide. Do the extra secret societies or mutant powers add enough to the game to justify them for a new group?
I’m heading out to the course in the morning for the first time this year. I remember seeing a link to imgur that had a game/scorecard on it. It kept a running total for hole score and had bonus and penalty points for certain things (water, trees, fir, gir, etc.). No amount of searching has found it.
Does anyone have the link to that?
We all know that leavers make us bitter, tilted, and cost us precious SR. A lot of people have come up with various ideas to help the situation, so I thought I’d express mine.
I think the best solution is to give players the option to backfill on competitive games without losing SR if their team loses.
It’s a massive quality of life change for the team with the leaver. They are no longer doomed to fight 5v6 for the remainder of the match. Both teams are now more likely to experience a quality match because the game has returned to 6v6.
It also incentivizes folks to enable this option. If you backfill, you have the potential to gain SR with a win. If you lose while backfilling, you maintai
Looking at getting a new bag for 2018. I’ve got a hand-me-down cart bag right now.
I’m looking into stand bags for the range and the occasional 9 that I could walk after work. Are there any stand bags that ride well? If it could do both, I’d only need to keep the new bag around.
Would I be better off getting a pull cart and using the same bag I’ve got now?
I’ve got no major complaints about the current bag other than the fact that it’s ancient, heavy, and not waterproof.
What say you, r/golf?
The only lesson I’ve taken was from a course pro while on vacation. I’d booked a round, and I thought a lesson beforehand would help me play better and enjoy the round a little more.
We went over grip and alignment. He watched me hit a few balls at the range and corrected me when I would stray from the path he’d laid out for me. I left the range with a playing card sized checklist for a better grip and set-up (V’s to right ear, parallel to target line, etc.).
I’ve decided to take lessons this year with the goal of breaking 100. There’s a lot of information out there about the cost or success/failure stories. I’m curious what everyone else’s lessons have actually been like.
Imgur links and short unboxing review at bottom. Also, I’m not sure if anything that I’ve taken a photo of could be considered a spoiler. Think of this as a heads up.
My copy of BOTW Explorer’s Edition came in the mail today. I believe the release date is Friday. It was purchased from a major US retailer with release day shipping.
Anyone else get their copy early?
Note: I’m not complaining or blasting the retailer in any way. I’m excited to play it, I was just shocked it came early.
Box was as described to me. It’s basically the size of a DVD case but quite a bit thicker. Mine isn’t in the best shap
