My partner works in a red lobster and just started manager training. I want to help find some dress shirts (have to be long sleeve) that wont be awful when i know he ends up working in the kitchen when they are in the weeds.

Do any of you have fabric suggestions or a go-to shirt that will be at least tolerable?

I think it was part of radical acceptance, but we were given a set of cards with different things that could be important to us and were were supposed to rank them on a poster to help us redefine who we are based on what was important to us?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have someone who is asking for help with re-establishing their identity and I think this is the kind of example that would be helpful.
