I’ve gotten my 9 year old cousin on raw milk and he absolutely loves it. Every time he comes over he goes straight for the raw milk. Being he’s started doing Muay Thai I’ve started to influence him to jump on a diet without processed foods. My mom has been buying oat milk for years now and I’ve convinced her to start using raw milk. We are winning.

I am going to be competing at Youth MMA Worlds in Abu Dhabi in August. To win gold, I will need to win 7 matches in a row. This will very obviously be extremely taxing on the body. Doing up to 5 wrestling matches in a day is extremely difficult as well. I am already on Santa Cruz Paleo Vitamin D capsules and electrolytes, but I’m wondering what supplement I can take between fights or before to give me my best results possible that aren’t illegal in the UAE or are steroids of course.

I’ll be in Abu Dhabi for 8 days for Yourh IMMAF World Championships. I’ll be staying at a nice hotel that has breakfast and dinner but it’s not free. In UAE, is street food or grocery stores for cost efficient than hotel meals? Any information about grocery markets I should go to? Is street food generally safe? What are some good restaurants in Abu Dhabi, what are some foods I NEED to try. I’ll be out there in August, so I’m not sure how it will be. What attire should I prepare?
