Hi all - so I've had my 6-month old lab mix (neutered male) for about 1.5 months now. He wasn't housetrained at all when I got him at 5 months, so we're working on that. The thing is that we'll go for a walk, and he'll pee like an actual "I am going to the bathroom" pee, but then we'll come in and like 20 min after that he'll pee a little bit again. Not like a real pee, but just a little bit (but not dribbling, just like a short pee). And I don't think it's marking because he's not doing it on things other than just the carpet.

To save my sanity, I've got him in reusable dog diapers when he's out in the house (confined to my office mainly) but does anyone know what is going on and how I ca

Hi all, I am a newish cyclist who currently rides at about 16mph on the flats. I would like to get better at climbing, and I know the only way to get better is to do it. I lift weights 3x a week to build stronger legs in general, but on the 2 days I do not, would I be better served on the stationary bike doing hill repeats for a full hour, on the stair climber, or trying to find a decent area around me to ride? The area around where I work is pretty flat so I may not get as much done in the time frame. What would give me better climbing gains the fastest?

Background info: I do ride with a club on the weekends, but the other local club whose rides fit into my work week schedule are more seri

I'm looking to get numbers and a name sewn onto a hockey jersey. Can anyone recommend a place in town that can do this (preferably up north) that also has letters and numbers to choose from? Thanks!

Tonight was one of those games (pickup at least, thank god) where nothing seemed to go right. Routine saves missed, bad positioning and equipment just feels off. Everything felt off, like reactions were just a bit too slow, or just rotten luck. Like I'd make a blocker save, but oops it bounced up and over my shoulder and into the net. Oh look, the puck I thought I saved bounced off the butt end of my stick and into the net.

I've been trying really hard to work on fixing some bad habits I've acquired (landing on my pad face when sliding left or right, tucking a leg under me sometimes, not covering angles correctly when the play is at a really sharp angle), but damn. If you see a bright lig

Hey guys - curious as to how you would deal with this situation. I've not been playing too long so I'm not a good goaltender by any stretch. I've been playing an adult pickup game once or twice a week to try to get better before joining a league (since they don't start the new season until end of June). Now the group at this game is mixed, and we have some guys who have been playing for 30 years, and some guys who can barely stay on their feet. The really skilled players usually help out the less-skilled, and it's usually a really fun time.

Now lately this one guy has been joining us who is a high-level player, but loves to show off more than anything. Instead of doing stuff like setting
