C1 pet feeder cord

Discussion 💬

Can anyone tell me what cord plugs into the C1 pet feeder? Or where to find one? Aqara support keeps insisting it's a USB cable. 'just use a commonly acquired data cable'. It is very clearly not a USB cable, it's some kind of barrel jack connector.

Positively awful support. I don't think I'll be buying any Aqara products in the future.

This is making me feel dumber than a rock.

I have a bunch of stuff. Origins all set to geometry. I want each individual item to have a z location of 0 without changing the x or y location. I'd like to do it to all items instead of clicking each individual item one at a time. https://imgur.com/a/pr7scrQ

Psst. Hey. Yeah you. Yes, /you/. Com'ere. Listen, I heard, and nevermind who from, that you were maybe, sort of, kind of thinking about looking for a pen pal. Someone new to pass messages between, share cookie recipes, classified government documents that might destabilize western civilization and esoteric thoughts about the effects technology is having on us.

If the intro didn't sell it, I'm kind of a fucking nut. A weirdo. I'm that one kid who sat in the back of the class in high school. Not the smelly one, the one who talked to himself. I'm not for everyone and I an A-Okay with that. But for some rare few people I tend to get lodged under their skin... like an infection or a medical imp

I'm a non-traditional student (late 30s) graduating with a non-software engineering degree soon. I will be starting the job hunt soon for an entry level engineering position. I need something professional to hold physical resumes, a note pad, pens, a USB drive, a presentation clicker, physical backups of my portfolio and a small laptop. Previously I'd used an old, but not bad looking, leather binder, however I've misplaced it so I need something, either another binder or a briefcase, to replace it. This will 100% be only for interviewing. I have a hard time imaging myself working in a position in which I do not use a backpack as my EDC (in fact my old job in an engineering office gave employ

Lots of hair and laziness

Purchase Advice (U.S.)

Location: US

Budget: I'll consider anything. Prepared to spend a grand

Surfaces: Mostly hardwood, but some rugs. The house has three floors so lots of stairs (hardwood).

I have two large dogs, one medium hair and one short, and a medium coat cat. There are kids and multiple people with long hair too. So we've got a lot of hair. And frankly I'm lazy/busy so I end up waiting too long.

I have a Lupe Pure and it is not up to the task. I really like that it is cordless and light but it clogs with hair constantly. Going too long means it clogs down in the tube which is awful to unclog, I end up needing to use forceps and chopsticks. I spend more time trying to unclog the stupid thing than actu

I just moved to a city that's quite bike friendly and would like to invest in a solid bike to get around. I had a Surly Crosscheck years ago and loved it but they don't make those anymore and I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to see what else is out there.

I'm looking for something good for rough roads and maybe even some gravel. I might do a short tour next year so having a rack would be great. What should I look at? What should I steer away from?

Looking to spend less than $2k USD.

I'm moving to a city soon and would really like to have a bike to get around, possibly do some light trail riding and maybe even tour on. Probably topping out at $1k, but I could be pursuaded to go a little higher if it would make a large difference.

I've owned 3 bikes as an adult.

The first was a hand-me-down Trek mountain bike that needed constant messing with. But free is free.

After that I bought a Surly Crosscheck and loved it. I used it for commuting, short-medium pleasure rides and did a 1600 mi. tour on it. It went everywhere I needed to. It felt solid and never felt wonky. But they don't sell the Crosscheck anymore and all but one of their bikes is out of my price range. I've a

I'll be in Philadelphia for a job interview soon and I've heard there's a great food scene there. What are some keto friendly places/dishes I should look at? Rough plan is to spend time in the areas around Fairmount, University City, Manayunk and maybe south Philly/center city. I'll probably stop by Reading Terminal Market once, but I've been there before so it might fall off due to time constraints.

This might be the dumbest post ever, but this is driving me nuts and I cannot seem to figure out what to google specifically enough to get an answer.

On Windows 10, I can hit the windows key and start typing and 99% of the time, I can open an application within a few keystrokes. I cannot figure out how to get Windows 11 to act this way. Hitting the windows key and typing, this works maybe 5% of the time, the rest it just searches my computer for files or folders with similar names. This is sort of driving me insane. Yes, I can click the icons with my mouse, but I've gotten used to opening things without taking my fingers off the keyboard and I would like to be able to do it. That is ultimat

TLDR: I would like to get better at taking criticism and would welcome ideas, exercises or reading in that direction. Whatever you got. (except criticism, can't tolerate that)

HOLY WALLS OF TEXT BATMAN- I've organized this from core idea to anecdotes providing context. Don't feel like you have to read every word to comment if you have something to add.

I'd like to get better at accepting criticism more objectively and looking past people's tones. I've, historically been kind of a bristly, prideful person. I don't blow up at people or anything, but I take criticism way too personally. Someone criticizing something I like or that I made is a personal attack. On me. Or at least that's ho

I'm hardwiring some 4ft LED shop lights into my drywalled garage ceiling. I have access to the level about the drywall. The lights I got are cheap, linkable LEDs the come with both receptacle plugs and hard wiring plugs. Problem is that the output comes off the side of the light, not the top. How do I transition through the drywall with a cord adhering to US electrical code so I can tie into the NM-B? I don't want to put plugin receptacles up there because local code states everything in the garage needs to be GFCI... and GFCI needs to be accessible so I'd need to add another plug reciprocal to the circuit on the wall somewhere near by ground level. I don't want to do that if I can avoid i

Hello horologists. I am a 3D artist and my latest personal project involves an amateur clockmaker's workbench. I'm looking to add that nth degree of realism to my scene. What are some tools or other accouterments that, if you saw them, would make you say "Hey, a real watch/clock maker's bench" as opposed to "That looks like what people think clock making looks like" ?

Happy clockmaking. It's been really awesome doing research on this project; you guys make some amazingly cool stuff.

I'm having a rough time of it. Work has been incredibly tedious, unfulfilling and insipid lately. My side business feels like it's lost its path and meaning. I discovered a bedbug infestation in my house. Not only am I nearly gagging in revulsion every time I think about it, but my house is being turned upside down, all of my routines are disrupted. I also don't know how it happened and am terrified that it will happen again. My kid is doing what teenagers do and being kind of an insufferable jerk. And to top it off my nose is minorly fractured so I need to take some time off of my sport and working out to let it properly heal.

My mind is all over the place. I'm drinking too much. I'm short
