I was just thinking for a longer time about two things...
First of all, werewolves should be in the top 5 of beings that threaten the statute of international secrecy (together with dragons and giants) because a werewolf on full moon without wolfsbane potion turns into an apex predator that WILL attack anything in sight.
On those grounds it makes logical sense for the ministry to have a SECURE registry of who is a werewolf, and where they reside.
It would ALSO make sense to supply werewolves with free wolfsbane potion, offer secure places where they can stay during full moon, and offer job security.
Kinda like how when you become pregnant in Germany your employer cannot fire you.
I feel like i'm going insane. I cannot find posts about this pr anybody who is like minded.
I just 1do not care for the elves. Past them and their slavery being a plot point I do not care. (And past Rufus Beck's voice acting for dobby being perfectly annoying).
Like, whenever people talk about how bad their situation is, and when the books were focising on it with Hermione and SPEW I just do not care
Please, is there anybody who thinks the same or at least similar?
Azazel: I like everybody in my family equaly.
Azazel: My husband John and our beautiful kids. Meg, Sam, Tom and <squints at smudged writing on back of his hand> Dumb.
Just had a shower thought.... what if Adam wasn't a thing. And Jo didn't die.
Instead it was revealed that Jo was John's kid. And therefore could be used as a vessel for Michael because of the bloodline thing.
Maybe John and Ellen had a fling. Especially after John had been so fucking grief stricken, not thinking straight. And Ellen, actually never told John the truth.
Maybe she didn't even know the truth herself. The dates did align so perfectly that she didn't even question paternity not being her husband.
Point being... I kinda think that could have been a cool twist to the whole thing. And more interesting than Adam. And kept Jo around.
What the title says.
I just got done rewatching the episode. And it would have been EVEN MORE effective if they'd gotten Megalyn Echikunwoke to reprise her role as Cassie, instead of sticking a random girl onto Dean as his gf.
I just wanna take a moment and give credit where credit is due to this sub, the mods and everyone posting on here.
Compared to the likes of tumblr and twitter this community is by far the most chill one I have found. (I know tumblr and twitter's SPNcommunities have such BIG issues. Anyway!)
I especially like the fact that you can actually have discussions without getting up in arms and fight to the death like team Edward and team Jacob at the end of 'Vampires Suck'.
Pretty much what the title says.
With how whack and crazy the show, and the fandom, got did anybody else hit a point of just diregarding everything past a certain point?? (Which in my case is No Rest For The Whicked)
Currently on a rewatch of the 2007 tv show 'moonlight', with Alex O'Loughlin and Sophia Myles. That show, sadly, only had one season. But we still got an amazing send off, as the two main characters, Mick and Beth, (!spoilers!) got their shit together, admitted that they loved each other, and kissed. There were plotpoints unresolved, of course, but the main focus got resolved, the romance.
I was thinking about what season had the best cut off point, in terms of a sudden cancelation for criminal mknds, in your opknion. The final double epiosde, devided between two seasons, would in that case both be in he cancelation season, as they filmed them as one.
Personally, season 5 had the best cut
Anyone else find it extremely funny how they all pronounce "zugzwang". I'm german and as of lately on a bit of a CM binge and the first time it was said I couldn't even understand it. I needed Reid showing Hotch the word in writing, only then I knew what they were saying.
I mean, even Rose managed to pronounce "Schadenfreude" in Two and a Half Men so we were able to understand the word. On one side I find it extremely funny, on the other it realy grinds my gears they couldn't practice more so the pronunciation would be more true to the word.
Easter weekend I went to Fressnapf (german petstore) with my sister because we both wanted to get some stuff for our hamsters. As we were in the isle were you can pack your own blend of foods and treats for your pets to get pea-flaces we stumbled upon a dog.
Small schnauzer, pretty old, looked pretty... ugh.
Anyways my sis and the owner start talking about "oh she lost weight and now wants to eat anything" while the dog tried to steal a pig ear. I just stood there, biting my tongue and staying on distance to don't break out with hives.
Thinking back on that I realized how tired I am of being diplomatic all the time.
I can't rant about my grandmothers dogs annoying whining without my si
So, the situation I'm gonna describe transpired two years ago but the reaction of the dog nutters in our family still infuriates me.
I had four friends over for a sleep over, one of which owned a dog she also brought; cause she wouldn't leave him home with her fiance. We decided to let the dog into our backyard where we have our free roaming guineapigs. I thought it would work 'cause I had the dog of my aunt in the back of my mind, who never goes after the piggies she just runs around our garden cause we've got grass and my aunts backyard doesn't.
Anyways, he dog started chasing the piggies and at first we didn't think much of it. But soon it turned out that he was actually chasing them pr
Just doing another rewatch for the umpteenth time and noticed for not the first time that there's a really special kind of guy I loved being together with Elliot. JD not making that list for me honestly. They work better as best friends for me and I think he fitted way better with Danny and Kiley.
For Elliot to me she fitted way better with:
-
Sean. I'm still so pissed he ended up with Kix and would've loved for the thing that stopped Elliot from marrying Keith being meeting Sean again and running off to new zealand for a dolphin trip or something.
-
Paul. I still think they only didn't work because Carla talked it into Elliots head that he was too controlling.
-
Janitor. That would'
I work as a cashier for a grocery store and we have stocktaking in two weeks. The problem is that it's supposed to be from 18pm to basically midnight.
My problem now is, especially during this time of year (you know, early dark and all that stuff), the conus is really hard on my concentration and I get really tired around 21:30.
My boss' know I have a conus and one of them worked with me as I had a 6 hour shift until 21pm and for the last hour I was so close to tears becaue I was so tired and my head hurt and I just couldn't work anymore. It's also so brightly lit in our store that I barely manage a 4 hour shift when it's dark.
Does anyone have any tips staying up late with this kind of
