Unplussed

Second day in a row, almost 9pm pacific time, game is stuck in previous day. I can tell because the Street Dealers haven't reset their positions or offers.

Yesterday I reset my PC, and verified Steam game files, several times with no change. It took leaving my system off for another period of time and launching the game again after.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: Tried again several minutes ago (~930p), same issue. Relaunched game again and now it appears to have reset, similar to yesterday.

They've been extremely effective at suppressing the Boulder shooting since it became narratively "inconvenient".

Gun control that wouldn't have helped much in this case is the squirrel they're having everyone chase now.

Multiple times now, after closing and opening the bet interface to refresh the solo race, I've been booted from it and given a message about not having enough chips and no longer able to access it, despite having 800k.

I guessed it was some stupid janky fix to stop people from using that to their advantage (session cheaters screwing things up was a close but discarded second theory), and tried slowly down the process by variously clicking on rules/main race, backing out without opening the single race, waiting a short while between closing and opening the interface.

These seemed to help, and then when I went back to quickly going through the process, it booted me out.

So, what's the deal?

I've heard that the any stats come from pre-installed mods included with the skin, and that these are not in addition to normal mods and actually take up a modification slot. Except for apparently the Legendary skins, these can be replaced with any other mod. The question is, are these mods better than any other mods?

So, if these stat mods are part of the modification system, and not something special on top of it, and makes you choose between the skin mod or a regular one, and the skin mods don't get better overall bonuses than normal, it kind of makes this not that big of deal.
