Hi all,

I apologize for the pity post, but I'm extremely desperate for solutions/advice. Ill try my best to keep at minimum here, but here it goes.

I have a lot of blessings in my life. I (23M) have a well paying job, good family, a loving and faithful gf, great friends, great therapist, a variety of great hobbies (currently reading books and visual novels right now), and I do my earnest to live as a Christian. Yet there's a huge problem that leaves me downright distraught, irritated, confused, and overall unwell most days lately. And this has been bleeding over to my work and my relationships pretty badly.

I feel socially alienated from wider society. I suffer from a lack of "roo

I'm 130+ hours in and I've reached TGS / GoD purgatory (i.e. back-n-forth) with Reina. Most of my losses are due to knowledge checks and just adapting to Tekken 8 in general from years of T7 (I skipped T8 S1 and S2 due to life.)

At what mark would I finally have sufficient character knowledge and game adjustment to start having fun again? I want to know so I could plan my time accordingly.

In that game, I could sidestep with relative ease, and it was a good defensive option that I could do liberally. In Tekken 8, I do one sidestep and I now have 50+ dmg erased and I'm on the receiving end of an okizeme/mixup situation. Why do they punish you more for sidestepping in a 3D fighting game? What the fuck is the point of Tekken?

This shit is seriously pissing me off because the muscle memory that I've obtained for years is now worth jack shit. At this point, how do I "unlearn" Tekken 7 habits because it's preventing me from becoming better.

For those who don't know, training periodization, in the context of sports, is the planned division of short and long term cycles, intensity and phases of training in order optimize growth.

I want to apply this principle into learning Tekken after attending my first local in which I got my ass kicked but had a lot of fun. At the same time, I want to be as good as I possibly can to see how far I can go.

My locals are weekly and I'm wondering how I should divide my time leading up to this. How many hours should I dedicate to warm-up, watching film, labbing, tutoring, ranked, etc.?

Many thanks in advance

Zoomer here,

I recently heard of the less than spectacular reputation and experience of TTT2 online back in the day, but was this uniquely bad compared to T7 and T8?

What were your experiences with TTT2 online and do they justify its reputation?

When I try boot this game up it would always freeze on the black screen and give me "Lowlevel Fatal Error" and then I have to restart. I cannot for the life of me get this game to start.

I've tried the following:

- Updating drivers

- Reverting my drivers

- Underclocking my CPU

- Using -dx12 and -sm5 for launch options

- Uninstalling and Reinstalling

- Hard resetting my PC

- Running as Admin

I really want to play this game but I am losing hope here. I really hope someone with similar specs (see below) has come across this issue and found a solution. Many thanks in advance.

Specs:

MoBo: B650M Aorus Elite AX

CPU: AMD R5 7600X

GPU: XFX AMD RX 7800XT

RAM: 32GB Crucia

Hello everyone,

I'm very interested in Catholics having a proper voice in our communities as we've had once before but I honestly don't know where to start and it seems very daunting and difficult to me especially in this day and age.

I'm looking for resources or guidance on how to do political outreach and community organization from a Catholic perspective. I'm not interested in creating a national movement or running for president or whatever. I just want to start somewhere small and local, following the principles of subsidiarity.

Thanks,

Hello,

I very much desire, with God's grace, to start a family. I'm quite concerned about how my child's education would fare considering I live in a VHCOL ultraliberal area and I'm seeking help from parents who are in the same situation.

I am aware that education starts at the home and that no matter where I send my kids to, they'll never maintain the faith if I don't set a good example for them.

However, while I don't deny it's impossible, I would find it extremely difficult to raise your kids in a public school system when it's guaranteed that they will have teachers advocating (and sometimes even actively practicing) degeneracy and swaths of students whose parents don't care at the v

Hello all,

I am an early-career Mechanical Engineer who has been working in another industry for almost a year and currently trying to pivot into being a technical specialist/patent agent. I'm trying to evaluate Boston's market specifically as I've observed it to be very electrical/life science heavy and it's quite difficult for me to spot opportunities without prior patent experience required.

Is it still viable for me to begin my new career as a MechE-tech specialist in Boston or should I look into different markets?

Thanks.
