Doing a(nother) rewatch and just noticed that when Lucy goes into Tim’s Metro Liaison office at the end of the episode he doesn’t have an office door anymore? It wouldn’t be noticeable usually, or you could assume it opens out, but they made sure to make a point of how small the office was when he moved into it and the door ran into his desk.

Looking for opinions on when to start following up on rsvps, specifically for out of town guests. If everyone that I’m wondering about says no then I have room to invite my coworkers. I don’t want to wait too long to pass out more invitations but if I go over my venues included number it will be pretty expensive so I’d like to keep it fairly close.

Debating the benefits or hype of hand cancelling wedding invites....they still go through a sorting machine so is it worth it?

Thoughts? Experiences?

Just curious if anyone is willing to share approximately how much they are spending on their wedding party members’ gifts? Some times I fill like I’m spending too much but then sometimes it seems super reasonable or not enough considering all they are doing/spending to make our day special. Right now I’m at about $130 each.

I can’t explain how much I’m hating trying to pick songs out for the wedding....all I need is the reception intro song, our first dance song, last song of the night, and then a private last song for just us. And for the life of me I can’t figure out how to choose a song for any of them. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

My bridesmaids keep ‘yelling’ at me to stop buying things because “you’re giving us few options for your bridal shower”. I don’t feel like I’ve really bought anything that would typically be a shower gift? What types of things do brides usually get for themselves and what are typical shower gifts?

I’m debating and just wondering what others are doing.....head table with wedding party or just you and your spouse at a sweetheart table?

I got engaged Sept 28th last year....wedding is Nov 2nd this year....majority of the planning is DONE 🙌🏼 with just the small details left to go - making the welcome sign/program board, putting together welcome guest bags for the out of towners, HMU trial is next week, receipt of items ordered off Etsy.....basically ready to go! YAY!!!! Today my father texts asking about adding people to the guest list.....when I say that I already need 36 people to rsvp ‘no’ just to not have to pay extra for the venue/food/dessert/whatnot he just says he’ll send me addresses tomorrow. It should also be noted that he is not paying for the wedding....

Been fighting with some pretty bad depression....add to that a fight with my FH tonight that has left me feeling pretty low ( nothing he said, just my low self worth tearing her ugly head)....how am I supposed to be into planning my bridal shower tomorrow with my MOH? Really hope I can rally.

We weren’t going to do an official engagement photo session....my MOH took some quick shots of us to use for our Save the Dates and they turned out amazing (she’s an accountant and took them on her iPhone). But a friend of mine was doing a fundraiser for her son’s upcoming jujitsu tournament and they were raffling off a free photo session. I purchased tickets more to help them out with the tournament, but I won!! So now I need engagement photo session ideas lol.....in Arizona summer.....
