I'm about a year and a half post op and on typing this I just realised I have another question about it besides the title. apart from my discharge being brown and occasionally having a strange odor, very seldomly it will also not discharge for a while as if it's blocked then it all comes out looking dryer and alot thicker. is this dehydration?

will probiotic get my discharge to a clearer colour with a different smell like in a natal vagina or do all colon vaginoplasty discharge be brown?

I don't know if it's infection either because I have no pain at all and it had this colour from the surgery

I can't find my link and crosspost isn't an option on it but I just read something that says it's better to take oral HRT dose once a day because bodies naturally produces hormones on a 24 hour cycle and that they naturally drop at night to signal the brain to make more and also to not let our cells because immune to the signals from hormone levels constantly being high.

I have 0 medical knowledge but totally makes sense to me. I recently made a post on me having had more growth on oral low dose E at the start of my transition than I have no on sublingual. back then I took my E once a day. also maybe switching up estrone and estradiol once in a while helps ? I don't know, what do you all th

I am now more or less 5 years on HRT post op and my breasts are really small. back when I started HRT and pre-op, I was on a really low E and blocker dose to start with , which only got raised slightly after each appointment till final dosage. but for some reason , I had most of my breast growth on my first two dosages which are about 2 - 4 months all together. my breasts were larger than they are now and visible through clothes. shortly after , my breast growth not only stopped but went backwards

discovered sublingual use about three years ago ish, my breast growth started again initially and looked promising, but stopped at a slightly lower size than it got to on my started dose and went

I think by now we all know of the obvious fatal risks smoking while on hrt can have so let's please skip that part

I'm here to discuss the positive effects quitting smoking has on transition besides not dying. I read somewhere that smoking inhibits hormone levels. is this true? Also, does it increase breast growth for MTFs?

Thanks

Hope none of you go snowflake on me and shoot me down for this, I just want to respectfully request your true opinions on this and see how many others think the same way, if there are any

does anyone else not like the fact that we are included in the LGBT? I see why it was a necessity in the past but i only think it does more harm than good in present day. i am not homophobic in any way, have a gay family member very close to my heart whole shebang blah blah blah. i also like that we have allies and that they have more in turn. but there are so, so many people who think transgender is just super gay. especially in third world countries, 70% of people i meet dont even know what transgender

i dont know any trans people irl so the first people i met were the ones in the sub. i joined about 2 months ago, im about 5 years into transition. heres the experiences in a nutshell i had with other "trans" people, im pasting a comment i made elsewhere because i think all of you will best understand:

i only saw now the typo in title. i meant death threats for stealth*

guy described in detail how it will feel while im beaten to death and said eventually i wont be able to feel anything besides my bones breaking and linked me to a video of trans woman being beaten to death and a whole bunch of other shit. i still have screenshots from before the conversation got deleted.

i once posted ab

just got recommended this subreddit because i couldnt deal with askTG anymore, read sub info and its like a utopia, i never thought there was so many people with the same views as me because i dont know any trans people irl and those bunch of lunatics were the first I've met so i always thought i was the odd one out. i just discovered this sub it would be a shame for it to die out ;_;

could he have some form of resentment towards trans people due to losing a lawsuit against transgender model jenna talackova about the miss world pageant? (i dont know how to spell this)

this just crossed my mind yesterday. at the same time he also attracts the votes or transphones

we have all seen his ego and it doesnt appear to have any limits. who knows if this is the case tbh

wanted to post this for those of you who are not sure or want more info on it. was gonna wait longer before sharing this as its only been 3 or 4 weeks but i didnt expect the difference to be this huge. i was on hrt for 3 years and my breasts werent even halfway to A cup and was almost non existant. started taking it subbucal however its spelt (between gum and cheek, works same as under tongue but easier) and immediately noticed alot more side effects like acid reflux and mood swings but was happy about them because i could feel the meds were actually getting absorbed now. my breasts already grew quite a bit in ONLY 3 weeks, looking in the mirror i can visibly see them now and its not even a
