I want to do a mini trip with my husband for a week in Sicily. My idea is to land in Catania, visit Taormina, Messina, Agrigento (just to visit valley of temples, not to stay) and Palermo.

I wanted to rent a car from Messina and to drop it off in Palermo as the idea is to fly back from there. Is it possible to rent a car in one city and drop it off in another? Or will we have to go back to Messina to drop off the car?

Any recommendations of local companies to rent a car would be very appreciated 🙏🏼

I wanted to print some pictures for photo frames and it is going to cost me almost $50 for 9 pics in Walgreens which seems like too much.

Does anyone know where can I print cheap pictures that can cost <$1 per picture?

Hi everybody!

I’m in charge of finding a fully cooked turkey for next Tuesday (18th) and Whole Foods was my first option, but it shows they don’t sell it next week but the week of Thanksgiving.

Is there somewhere where I can get a whole turkey (just the turkey with gravy) that can be delivered or to pick up on the 18th? Besides Publix (they have a full meal and I just need the Turkey)

Any recommendations will be really appreciated

I started my first corporate job two weeks ago as an administrative assistant in a law firm, and one of my responsibilities is to schedule zoom calls. I feel that I was doing so well until yesterday when I made my first mistake: scheduling a call for a different time because I didn’t read a part of the email.

Now, I know this is something small but it’s haunting me to dead because I’m a perfectionist and also my boss congratulated me for my good job two days ago 😭

If someone has worse stories about the first time screwing something up I would really appreciate it

I’m looking for good thrift stores where I can find nice office attire without breaking the bank.

I was thinking about going up to Palm Beach and check the goodwill considering that rich areas = better findings but if I can get something like that in Miami then better.

I’m planning to get my MBA within the next year. The tuition for places like fiu or um are too crazy and I refuse to get into debt for this so I’m planning to pay out of pocket/scholarships.

I have found this university called WGU that is completely online (don’t have a campus) and for the entire year would be less than 10k that sounds a lot better than 35k +

Now my question is, companies here actually care about which school you graduated from or they mainly just want to see that you have an MBA, regardless of where it’s from? Or Is it only relevant for certain industries?

I have an undergrad in finance from a regular 4 year school but I’m not trying to get into IB or PE, more like famil

Is it possible to get an entry level job in wealth management or private equity with a finance and economics degree in progress?

My husband never completed his finance degree but he’s coming back to school next semester and wanting to get his foot in WM or Private E.

He lacks the diploma but no the skills and knowledge. He literally just needs an interview to sell himself. Is it possible to get one with no degree?

Is it hard to find a job in Miami for 4k + with little experience? And if so, what are you guys doing. I have been applying for a lot in banking and administrative positions with no success so far.

Curious if there are other fields where I can apply where I can make more than minimum wage.

Approved in 2 months 🎉

I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status)

Reading other people’s stories was very helpful so I want to share my process too!

• PD: June 27th • Biometrics: July 4th • Attended biometrics: July 22nd • Interview scheduled: July 22nd • Attended interview: August 27th • 130/485 approval: August 28th

In general our case was pretty straightforward. We met at the end of 2021 and visited each other in each other’s countries (USA and Colombia), got engaged December of 2024 and married April 2025.

My husband is a USC and after we got engaged I entered the US with a B2 visa on January 2025, no overstay. We file before my I-94 expired.

The interview lasted 15min approximately and the agent only asked for our DOB, address and the story of h
