Looking for links to places where I can find a quality “functional” kettlebell program.

I’m not looking to utilize the Sinister program from the FAQ or any program that is solely focused on the swing, C&J, and snatch. (I have moved that way for 20+ years and am looking for something that intentionally varies the planes of motion and isn’t the same repetitive exercises over and over again).

Looking for something that has me move in tri-planar fashion and that I can complete with a few kettlebells (and dumbbells, barbells, pull up bar, etc.)

Just want something that offers a program where I don’t have to think and where there’s thoughtful programming. Have seen quite a few different versi

Looking for support/options. My 2015 BMW X5 35d (diesel) had catastrophic engine failure at 67,374 miles due to timing chain failure. My model did not fall under the 2012-2015 class action lawsuit for timing chains - if it did, the engine would be replaced at no cost. The cost of $25,109.64 quoted to replace the engine is the current value of the vehicle. BMW NA Aftermarket Manager is only willing to provide $5,000 "goodwill" payment towards engine replacement.

I am at wit's end after being without a vehicle for 9+ wks. BMW Customer Service keeps failing to get back to me and I have tried to reach out to BMW NA with no luck. Can't believe there was a class action lawsuit for timing chain is

Does anyone have any suggestions for any events/activities that are going on for kids this year given the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and typical activities will need to be modified?

We have a 3yr old and are scrambling to find SOMETHING to do where he will not completely miss the experience of the holiday.

We are located in Northern, NJ and are currently experiencing extremely hot weather without much rain this season.

Approximately 6yrs ago, we purchased a home that was built in 1976 and has seen some additions (kitchen and extra room(s)) since it's inception. The house is on well water and a septic system.

Today when running the water, we lost water pressure. At one point no water was coming from the faucet when turned on and was not filling the toilet tank. At other points air and water came out making a hissing sound and the water was a brownish color. Intermittently the water has worked again but we are still experiencing issues on and off

Another symptom is that when the water does r

Does anyone happen to have the tutorial saved that was posted here of how to run an effective Google search query for specific industries, job titles and geographic locations for LinkedIn contacts?

Just spent 20 minutes searching my old notes for a link and Reddit but couldn't come up with the post.

I.e., you can run a very specific query that is something like browse to Google.com, search site:LinkedIn.com "Location * Greater New York" "controller" construction

I have the first part of the query completed correctly but not the rest.

Found a website that begins to give an explanation but does not talk about how to zero in on specific industries: [https://www.labno

Working for a large insurance brokerage and we are evaluating multiple options for prospecting databases.

The options being presented are: Hoovers, CapitalIQ, Experian, and ZoomInfo.

Looking for the ability to run lists by SIC/type of business and to break out things like employee count, sales, and C level contact info (primarily CFO/Controller/CEO/COO/Risk Manager). Prospecting what we consider middle market accounts, generally 50-10,000 employees, sales from $8mil-$1bil.

I have used ZoomInfo to obtain specific contact info which I think is worthwhile but it may also be obtainable cheaper through using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Any thoughts on these systems or any better recommendation

Understand that speed only comes after you can demonstrate proper technique. Form above all else.

If your goal is strength acquisition then lifting explosively (with speed) will yield the best results when paired in conjunction with an intelligently programmed progressive program.

Coaches and athletes have long since known the importance of lifting with speed in the concentric.

Many lifters, especially novice lifters, get stuck at sticking points because they are simply moving the weight too slowly.

Common problem areas are: Breaking the deadlift from the ground or closing out the lift ay the knee. Coming out of the hole on a squat or off the chest in a bench press. Getting
