I don't enjoy the idea of a job, I would rather work on hobbies and the idea of a job is kinda daunting, new, scary and depressing to me. Obviously I plan on getting one (Actively searching).

Just wondering if anyone else is in similar position. I'm lucky that I'm living at home currently, and 24, which I know is bad, which is why im trying to get a part time job before I'm 25 at least.

I also suffer from depression and anxiety, so maybe it's not really an Aspie specific thing, though I did remember someone mentioning a lot of Autistic people are unemployed.

I'm 24 Yr old. Living in the city, Suffer from depression, anxiety and have Aspergers. And don't really enjoy the idea of the rat race so to speak.

Also addicted to social media for escapism rather than being productive and in the real world.Currently in the process of quitting through the help of r/nosurf

I read Ted's manifesto and enjoyed reading it. And the way Of life. I want to become independent... True independence.

Can anyone give tips? Also people who are living this type of way what are your origin stories and what is it like?

I was thinking of growing some patatoes as a start idk.... However I still live with my parents due to the rising cost of living. But growing food in t

Seems to be trendy to make posts attacking the entire community of depressed people here.

Actually scroll through and the majority are just depressed people. Which their issues are multi-factorial and bad mental health resulting in irrational thought.

I don't see any toxic posts for the majority of posts (except ironically the people attacking the community)

But it seems to become a trend to make attack posts on the community. And conflate real problems as being "incel" or insignificant.

The word incel is used so liberally it's not being used correctly and people conflating male issues as being incel and attacking them, which of course is going to create anger because they're not i

Got on the bus yesterday to go into the city centre. Suddenly felt the urge to pee. I knew what was coming, it's like the universe's way of saying "fuck you"

Traffic, bus stopped at every traffic light for people to cross, bus stopped at every bus stop, bus became overcrowded with people (at some point the driver needs to stop letting people on seriously), roadworks.

The amount of concentration to hold in my pee for so long, I felt so spiritual, like a monk or something "mind over matter" "pain is weakness" "I hate you universe" etc.

Managed to hold it in and have to wait 4 minutes extra for the overcrowded bus to let me out and run to the toilet facilities.

The End. Why does the univer

So for back I mostly just use a 32kg single kettlebell and do pendelay style row for my upper back development. Gripping the handle and flaring my elbows at different angles when tucking in. To accommodate for the close grip style row.

I want to go heavier maybe 60kg to keep my back strong, as in my current situation I can't have a pull up bar.

As well as to create no imbalances for my chest with incline and normal push ups. Also is it possible to emulate bench press for chest? And if so would two kettlebells be better? Than one?

However before I buy, would it better to go lower weight and double kettlebell?

Has one done similar to me and gotten any decent upper back development and ch

I'm pretty new to synthesizers, as you can tell by my prior post. However I've been running my sub 25 headphone jack into a guitar amp. Mainly cause I like the added effects and also Distortion!! 🤙

Apparently this is bad, especially for gigging, I've heard if you go to loud it could blow up the guitar amp and also could damage the synth.

1.Are there any ways I can make sure this doesn't happen?

  1. Would it be best to get a distortion pedal designed for synthesizers and output to a speaker? Would the distortion effect be better also? As well as safer going to a speaker?

  2. Any other methods?

  3. And while I'm on the topic of pedals, anyone have any recommendations for distortion pedal

So I was messing around with the hidden options and just started messing around randomly. Some of the patches now sound weird and in different banks.

Even active mode sounds abnormal. I fucked up. Is there a way to reset the patches and the synth to factory settings?

Is it possible to do this without a computer? Or do I need to hook up using midi and if so what software? Etc.

I'm so confused, this is my first synth. 🤦‍♂️
