How can I transfer my trophies from one local user to another?

Question

​I activated my PS3 account using Apollo Save Tool and played several games. Later, when I tried to sign in to my official PSN account on that same user, I received an error stating that I cannot sign in with a different account ID. It appears that Apollo assigned a fake account ID to that local user, preventing me from logging into PSN. I’ve read that the correct approach is to create a new local user and sign in with my actual PSN account.

​The problem is that I’ve already earned trophies on the 'fake' ID user and I want to sync them to my official PSN account. What is the best way to do this with the lowest possible risk of a ban?
