Is it better to learn how to play the game as a historical or non-historical game?

How do you all like doing your housing layouts? I have tried 2x2, 3x2, 4x2 and 5x2. I am not sure which is more efficient. Can anyone give any tips?

I am currently using a 2x2 for my game of almost 35k residents.

I am trying to setup LibreNMS to alert me when I have the following alerts -
ESWD_MAC_LIMIT_BLOCK
or
L2ALD_MAC_LIMIT_EXCEEDED_BLOCK

Is anyone else doing this or having experience with using LibreNMS? I want to clear the alert when we run the "clear ethernet-switching table persistent-mac interface" and "clear ethernet-switching port-error interface" commands.

Is 36 years old too old for an R3? I’ve got my friend who convinced me to take the MSF course telling me I’m too old for a sport bike…

So I was studying for the JNCIA-Junos JN0-103 exam, but I am now seeing that they changed it to the JN0-104 exam. I’m using the course on CBTNuggets but worried it is missing something I need to study / learn. (Subnetting by hand is my weakness here - which was removed in 103)

Right now we are using ManageEngine OpManager for monitoring our environment. I am looking for something better (I know, kind of a loaded question). I am looking at Zabbix, but am a little overwhelmed with how to even set it up. Can anyone make any recommendations?

I am curious about what everyone is using for server patch management? We are currently using Desktop Central from Manage Engine, but are not happy with it and the fact that it doesn't really log patch installs. So now we are looking for more ideas.

Need some help. I am working on making an Azure VPN back to our SRX 4100s. It is weird because sometimes the connection takes right away and then other times it drops.

Azure's virtual network gateway will say unknown for a while but then switches to connected. When I look at the IKE security associates on the SRX, it shows that the VPN connection is down.

Anyone have any experience getting this going?

Is anyone else using persistent learning? If so how do you go about getting notified if the mac limit becomes exceeded?

I am trying to throttle Netflix (and other video streaming services) to no more than 1080p per user. I am seeing here the "Per-Application Limits for This Role" - does this apply on a per-user basis or is this global? Is there a better way to do what I am looking to do?

Under Traffic Analysis AppRF in the Aruba Controller (8.3.0.8) - the total traffic number at the top, is that for the amount of bandwidth transmitting through the controllers? I am trying to determine the amount of traffic our wireless network is processing to see if the slowdowns we experience are associated with traffic or if my approach is wrong. Thanks in advance!

We currently run Aruba Wireless on Campus. Running an Aruba 7220 wireless controller. We keep getting reports of people saying that are having major connectivity issues between 10pm and 1am every night. Sometimes they are even kicked completely off the Wi-Fi and others they have no bandwidth (0.05 down). I am at a loss, this issue does not present itself during the day. Does anyone with Aruba knowledge have any idea where I can even start looking into this? We do have Airwave and the AP that these people connect to are AP105s.

We are currently using a Pulse Secure MAG-4610 which is unfortunately EOL. We are struggling with replacement because the device allowed users to navigate to a web-page and upload\download to network shares or home folders. Does anyone know of any other devices or software that has this same functionality? Thank you!
