Seriously. Get a slow cooker. There's fucking thousands of videos on youtube with simple recipes. Chuck in some veg and meat and leave that thing to do its magic for like 6 hours. It's so damn simple and satisfying chucking a whole load of stuff in a pot and having a meal ready to go that you can dump on a plate in seconds. I stand by slow cookers and use mine all the time.

Holy fuck, I absolutely love it. Quite a unique sounding riff for Meshuggah imo. What are your thoughts on it? Easily one of my favourite tracks on the album.

In 2012, I was watching TV at home and saw an advert for Borderlands 2. Never heard of the series or played the games, but the advert intrigued me enough to buy it. Little did I know it'd become my favourite game of all time.

In a time when the PS3 was a bit of a dull console with a crap selection of games, BL2 made me love gaming all over again. Everything about it just clicked for me. When BL3 was announced and the trailer dropped, I was ridiculously hyped! Unfortunately, the game was underwhelming with annoying villains and an awful story. The gameplay was great, but the rest just felt off to me.

Playing Wonderlands for the first time, and I feel that magic I felt back in 2012 when I p

Hi all, I completely forgot I had ordered Upon a dark of evil overlords. It arrived today but I haven't read any of the other korbal broach novellas. I've read the main 10 Malazan books. Is it OK to just read this out of order?

Hi, my dad recently purchased a firestick. It's plugged into his TV via an ethernet adaptor. The Internet is working and the firestick connected. However, several times when he's gone to put his TV on, the firestick is telling him that home is unavailable.

I've tried rebooting the firestick and router. Disabling WiFi so it only works through ethernet. All sorts. It'll work once we've restarted everything, but I'll leave and get a message from him later on that he's put the firestick on and it won't connect.

I literally don't understand what it could be. I have two firesticks at home and both work fine plugged in with ethenet. I never get the error that home is unavailable.

Late to the party, only got a ps5 recently and wanted to try out some games that actually showed off the PS5 properly. Downloaded this game yesterday, and I can honestly say, as a 30 year old guy, I feel like a kid again playing this game.

Everything looks so good and vivid. The motion and movement is fluid, the guns are fun and the explosions and effects are amazing. The actual gameplay loop is so addictive and enjoyable. It feels like I'm 10 years old playing crash bandicoot or tomb Raider again.

Sure, the game isn't winning any awards for story or plot, and the narrative and dialogue is extremely simple, but I don't care because the gameplay is so damn good.

Did Karl record the shows within the studio and then they were released by XFM? Or did someone actually record these from the radio on a weekly basis then upload them online? I'm absolutely fascinated about the history of the show and how the recordings came about. Anyone got any info on this or links? I want to go deep into the rabbit hole.

I know there were two episodes which weren't recorded, so I'm guessing they were recorded off the radio by someone.

Anyway, 'nuff of that, right? Rockbusters answers next.

First off, I'm fully aware that not everyone sees every post or comment. I'm not having a go at people who make these comments, but I do see them come up over and over again in this sub.

People keep suggesting that Brandon Sanderson would be the right person to finish ASOIAF if George ever gave up or couldn't finish it for whatever reason. First and foremost, Brandon has straight up, personally said, that he'd never want to write this series.

The main reason being, he doesn't even like ASOIAF. He read the first book and found it too brutal and miserable. So he stopped there and didn't read any of the remaining books. Brandon has stated this on reddit personally more than once.

Full disclaimer, RTL is my favourite Metallica album and I've heard it through more times than I can count.

I haven't been listening to a lot of music recently so wanted to get back into it. Slammed on RTL with my new headphones, got to Fade to Black and it's just blown me away with how good it is. It was always a great track, but this time round it was something else entirely.

The riffs and melodies in this tune are so catchy, the song is structured in such a fantastic way that's always building upon itself. The lyrics hit you like a ton of bricks. The solo is to fucking die for. I could air guitar for fucking days to this shit.

Feels like I'm discovering it again for the first time. I
