I've added Sriracha to get the heat which works really well. How do I get the sour part in there? And will it work with minestrone, or be a mistake?

Just listening to Pandoras Star audio book (read the actual book years ago). Dudley and a colleague were just in the Dark Fortress structure near the Dyson star. Communications back to the Second Chance are cut.
But Dudley and colleague seem to continue getting transmissions are aren't aware that the comm link to the ship is gone. Is something alien impersonating the ship with them? I was cooking at the time so I may have misheard, but it seems an important plot point to clear up.
Thanks in advance.
I vaguely remember watching a film in which an expedition to a sunken ship reveals people alive and living within part of it. There may have been a man who got inside a safe some some reason and a ballroom dance. Thats all I can remember.
I've had a look at the 1980 film about raising the Titanic on IMDB, but its not that.
Researchers just found a second 'Dyson Sphere' star [Potentially]
sciencealert.com/researchers-just-found-a-sec...Summer is coming here and it's warmer in the mornings. The heating has been waking me up and for the past few weeks I've been turning it down so it goes off again using the mobile app while in bed. This is great, but why hasn't it learnt to not come on in this warmer weather? I thought that was the whole idea of this product that its intelligent and changes the schedule automatically?
In the winter 22.5c feels about right, but now is summer 20c feels very warm.
Edit. corrected some mistakes
My mince recipe book calls for the mince to be browned in most of the recipes I've looked at so far.
What does that mean? I can cook it on a low heat and have it turn brown or I can cook it on a high temp and have it brown in the manner meat turns brown in the malliard reaction. Which is the correct type of browning?
