Hi all, I have health/dental thru Georgia Access (marketplace) and have a APTC of about ~$500/month based on my projected income for the year. The thing is, I'm almost certainly moving out of state in April and will have no "earned income" in Georgia for the time I would have coverage thru the marketplace (January-April).

The representative I spoke with said that the APTC I would be responsible for would be on my 1095-A for the year and I would file it and it would be deducted from my income of that year. They didn't really answer my question "If I have NO earned income in Georgia for the time of enrollment, will I be obligated to pay back the APTC for that duration?"

Hi all, I'm a 34M, 6'3" 250lb, who has self-diagnosed with rumination syndrome due to the lack of any of my providers acknowledging it as an issue (sx/dx listed below). Because of this, none of them has clinically diagnosed me and I've only been able to treat it by my own means and knowledge which is limited. Is there a way to approach this with my providers? I have specifically told them it is a priority for me but the last 20 years has fallen on deaf ears.

I've been losing battles with depression for the last 18 years of my life. I'm 31. Every year gets worse. The good feelings fade the harsh ones remain. My pharmacy received a prescription for Humulin-R 500 u/mL to give 1,000 units BID. My jaw dropped when I saw the dose but, the dose was confirmed by the office. They were also prescribed insulin glargine (Lantus) 35 units BID.

Is there any indication/off-label for this kind of dosing?

I don't know the dosage weight but I can not imagine them weighing ~500 kg or there about.

This remodel includes new shelving for our drugs which means every single drug had to be taken off the shelves, stored for use (but still accessible), and then put back up when the shelving was done. They were stored in these bakery trays and stacked up on the floor 3-6 trays high.

Hi all, I recently bought a new GPU and MoBo and now I'm not getting good performance while I game. I've updated the drivers and re-seated the GPU, but I can't get any results. Any ideas to diagnosis or advice?

When I run FurMark, it does great (over 110fps for my resolution) and FurMark says my GPU isn't even being stressed.

Started my windows 10 PC this morning to a flashing blue and black screen. It restarted after a bit and stated that "Windows could not start" with an error code of "bad system congif info".

It restarted and said it would check for errors, but would ultimately be able to do nothing and take me to the recovery screen. None of those options works. It won't let me reinstall windows; system restore; use an ISO; go back to precious build; etc. All those options end in an error and then it just loops restarting and recovery mode.

All I have is a windows 8.1 disk. No ISO and it can't find a restore point. Any advice?

System: Windows 10 64-bit (upgraded from 8.1)
