Anyone else in this area lose service? Internet dropped around 4:45pm. Tested with new cat6 [wired directly), different router, switch and still nogo.

Used the Ziply app to test and no dice. All tests throw out the “Looks like there’s an issue[…]” error message.

I had posted a week ago that my service had degraded and was looking for some advice. It might have taken a week but everything has finally been fixed!

Turns out that it wasn't an issue in my unit or even the building but they managed to fix it insanely quicker than I figured. I also just want to shout out their customer service. I had a manager and a tech in contact with me personally to keep me updated on things--Really appreciate that and I wanna thank them (even if it is their literal job lol.)

About 2-3 weeks ago my internet service degraded massively but it’s only the download that has been affected. I tested from ONT to PC with a cat6 cable and averaged 1-20mbps for download and around 800-900 for upload (speedtest, fast, and Google Home’s built in for mesh). I even bought new cabling in case mine has just suffered from random wear and tear as it’s a couple years old. Still had the same results.

I ended up calling support last week and a tech came out Thursday. He did a ton of troubleshooting in my unit and received same results wired and through the Ziply router he brought with. I live in an apt building so the tech ended up going into the main room that houses all internet

Selling my unlocked iPhone X 64GB (white).

• Phone has been kept in a case since it was purchased and has very minimal wear on it.
• Minor scuff marks near charge port*
• There is a tiny scratch on bottom of screen although it's invisible unless phone is severely angled.*
• Battery capacity is at 91%.
