I accidently removed the ammunition from her inventory and didn't notice at first. I later put heavy and light particle fuse back in her inventory but she only fights with her fists if I don't have her equip a different weapon.

Can't move troops to Åland for some reason, even though it has a naval base and the troops in question are standing in a tile with naval base
v.redd.it/7zli2pefdng81I'm playing as Austria in the most recent GFM update, it's 1891 and my African colonies are Nigeria and Egypt. The decision to organise colonies doesn't show up at all and isn't hidden behind an other decision. All the AIs seem to have already taken the decsion, based on cores and RGOs in the rest of Africa. Do I only build academies to get the maximum amount of nobles, or do I also build three courts of law to get more citizens and less freemen, but also less nobles? Has anyone done the math on this?
Also, are libraries worth it? How many of them should I build
