A couple decades ago, my parents purchased a plot of land in Florida, with the idea of possibly selling it down the road or maybe have a place for them to retire. Both of their names are on the deed, my father has since passed away. But after months of searching for it and after reaching out to a Florida realtor, whom suggested we find the original deed and process my fathers name off the deed and proceed to sell, we cannot find the deed.

My mother has recently given up on the search but told me to proceed with the sale… it is possible to get a replacement deed for the property? I have no idea how this is supposed to go.

I'm not seeing any insight into the race for first completion of this Prestige, (I searched /dtg) so I went to Raid.Report for some intel. Several teams have finished by now, but this team was first so congrats to them:

I'm not certain for how long, but she is currently selling it.

I like to build my loadouts piecemeal. I'll see what the suggested items are and if i have a similar item with similar stats, but not necessarily the highest, I may choose it. So I use the Locked Items to accomplish this. In doing so, i came across a slight setback.

When attempting to build, for instance, a 5/2/5 loadout for my Titan, I select the Filter Set 5/2/5 I add my Arms to the Locked Items and the Loadout Builder attempts to load the best sets again, resulting in the Filter Set going back to the top of the filters, instead of returning to my 5/2/5 selection from before.

I noticed today that the Frontier Shell is sitting at the Speaker, for zero cost, for those that previously had access to the Frontier Shell, right next to the other Ghost Shells. My original Frontier Shell has Spinmetal Sensor and the Hive glimmer perk.

The one the Speaker has (today) comes with Helium Sensor and the Taken glimmer perk.

I searched and didn't see any recent posts mentioning the Frontier Shell being available with different perks. At 3 Light, most folks probably couldn't care less, but it was there with me since the beginning, so I have a strange attachment to that shell...

Edit1: Nov 17 reset has it as Spinmetal Sensor and Cleansing Ritua

Going through my Companion App, checking out the new features of the tower and I see that I can now purchase the Necrochasm, for glimmer and an Exotic Shard.

If you need the Grimoire or just want the weapon for completionists sake, IT'S AVAILABLE.
