Sup everyone, I'm 5'8", age 32, explosive/shifty guard with a 2E and high arches. My collection has grown a lot since I found this sub, so I am excited to post some reviews here. I use a Superfeet Run high arch insole that I swap between whatever I'm playing in.

Two Wxy V3 - Coming from a single pair of Kyrie 7's that I ground to dust (loved that shoe though), I had a nightmare finding something wide enough with similar court feel to the 7's. This shoe isn't perfect, but it saved the day when the pickings were slim.

I just got a pair of Two Wxy v4s and tried them out for about 4 hours of pick up between last night and this morning. I had a recurring issue:

  • When I tried to make an extreme stop, plant for a eurostep, or other gnarly change of direction, three different times the leading edge of the shoe failed to bite on the court and just slid out from under me like I was on ice.

I am 5' 8" 160 lbs explosive point guard, wearing size 9 2E wide.

Anyone else had this problem? I've had some sliding with the v3 due to dusty courts but never 3 complete wipe outs within 4 hours of play.

NSFWMuscle Gain or Lean Cut?

Hey all, noob here, wanting to improve my physique. I just took the photo on the right, and compared it to last year's photo on the left - clearly I am struggling to find consistency in my diet and workouts. Some weeks I do ok and meal prep, lift a few weights, etc - but then backslide the next.

Here's what I hope to do going forward:

  • Find a way to be more consistent with my diet and meal prep
  • Get a doctor's appointment to address stuff like depression/insomnia
  • Post back here in a year(?) and see how it's going

Would love to hear any personal suggestions or tips on establishing the discipline needed to get shredded. Also I assume my BMI is high and I should start with a cut here?

I just bought/set up Nanoleaf Elements and I like what I see so far, although they aren't nearly as bright as I'd hoped - and when I try to go for the brightest setting, "reading white", it just... won't play. I can choose any other scene, but nothing happens at all when I try "reading white". Google didn't return any results, so I thought I'd ask here - has anyone else encountered this?
