ft.com/content/7dd0dd44-1614-475e-b272-c5dd4c...I credit audiobooks as seriously improving my life. They are wonderful and really make a difference. I didn't get through as many audiobooks this year as I normally would have, because I've been bingeing on a few podcasts I've recently discovered (Blurry Photos and The Dollop).
Kings of the Wyld: The Band, Book 1 - Nicholas Eames I wanted to like this story, just couldn't handle the constant references to getting the band back together. The humour just missed the mark for me. I think I prefer my fantasy a bit more serious.
The Memory of Trees - F. G. Cottam So this was a great book, really atmospheric - not really scary, just the right kind of darkness. Went and got a to
I have this really vivid memory of some character art in either a battletech or mechwarrior RPG book or suppliment. I'm not sure if it was black and white, or colour. However it was a female aeromech pilot standing beside her fighter (possibly leaning on it), with a flightsuit on I think wearing mirror shades. I've been searching for ages and would really appreciate some other eyes. It's certainly not the original battletech rules - possibly 3rd edition era.
indomethacin suppositories don't seem to be available anywhere anymore. Got prescribed an alternative (volatren/Diclofenac) but it doesn't seem to be as effective.
Anyone been able to find out why indomethacin is no longer available?
I searched but didn't see anyone else mention this. Indometacin suppositories are my migraine solution. They don't stop it outright, but are great at getting rid of one. Only downside is that they make me sleepy - so not great when out and about.
When a migraine presents, i find a very hard to eat or drink - so the suppository is a fine solution. Then I head to bed for a few hours, sleep it off - and wake up just fine.
I bought a car this weekend, and opted with a multi-check package. No use for the other ones as the car we wanted was good. Let me know if you need an HPI check done, no point in them going to waste
Christmas Sale - 20th December till 31st December 40% off everything
Happy New Year - 31st December till 4th January 40% off everything
What a crock of shit. No decent offers eg: 2 for 1's or 3 for 2's.
Audible, I'm terribly disappointed.
Hey there, I'm a Brit going to be over just outside Boston for a week and luckily for me one of my favorite bands is going to be playing in town. Before I try and sort out tickets, I was wondering if there are any of you lot who are already going, and don't mind me tagging along - or want to tag along with me. I saw them play in London in April (for the second time) and so I can assure you that it'll be a good gig.
I don't mind being billy-no-mates and going on my own, but if that's the case - can someone suggest the easiest way to get there and back from the Burlington area. I don't mind driving, but parking looks like it's going to be an utter nightmare, also if I can figure a no-drive
